Front desk wasn’t friendly but wasn’t rude either. Just quick and neutral which is fine by me. Person who helps take x-ray was friendly. Overall fast, simple and no appointment was needed. Waiting area was clean.

I arrived at 8:40 am, filled out paperwork, had x-ray (no appointment needed), received a CD and was out of there by 9:30. The front desk staff and the technicians were extremely nice and efficient. Thank you!

Both of my experiences at Anaheim Advanced Imaging have been great. I walk in/check in and the wait to see the technician is minimal. Everyone is very friendly.

The office was clean, they are taking great steps to avoid overcrowding the office due to covid 19. I was seen before my appointment time. The staff was very helpful.

Everyone from front desk assistant to tech was very polite, patient and kind. I was seen right away. Didnt have any wait time. Maybe 2 minutes.

I was a little concerned upon entering establishment. It is a bit dated and mostly clean. Upon my interaction with the reception it was perfect. Very Warmest regards, greeting. Exceptionally attentive to me and my needs. I was called back moments later and staff was professional and compassionate. They each explained the procedures and were incredible. Looks can be deceiving as this facility is just awesome.
