Horrible customer service. Huge lack of communication with my PCP when I was referred to them. I spoke to someone name Ravi today who claimed to be the manager and she was extremely defensive and rude when I was trying to find out if I could still go there through my new insurance. She literally yelled at me when I asked to speak to a manager lol Do yourself a favor and ask your Dr to refer you elsewhere.

This place is a joke ...Ive been waiting for over an hpur and a half ...the dr is always late this is my 3rd time here and its always the same thing late as always ive been waiting for almost 2 hours and All im here for is some results ..And when the dr comes in the room he's always in a rush like we didn't wait 2 hour ..

I was prescribed 3 pills and I have thrown up and been very nauseous, but the doctor never gave me another solution, instead told me to swallow it with my food, but instead of making me feel better, I have been worse. I'm not happy and won't forget how my health has went worse from this doctor and his assistants. There are unknown assistants and my entire information was messed up from them, including thinking I'm a male when I'm clearly a female.

I was not even fortunate to get an appointment. I called the office number several times in a day and kept getting directed to the exchange. Eventually exchange representative informed me that the office will be closed that day thru next few days. I wish there was some automated notification on the phone or Exchange rep had clear information. Really disappointed.

It was first time seeing this dr for my consult for my stomach. I was told with no labs done that i had heb and my liver was damaged. He spent maybe 5 minutes with me and that was it. I didn't get to ask questions because they were over booked. I did my labs for this dr. and been a week and still wont tell me nothing. I called in only to get a rude receptionist on the phone who could care less about anything. I am so displeased with this place. I would rather suffer than deal with them.

0 Stars - This was by far the WORSE SPECIALIST to whom we have ever been referred..The Office overbooks - We counted 16 walk-ins (with appointments) for the 9 o'clock hour. Since the office has 2 doctors, that's an average of only 7.5 minutes that the physician can possibly meet with each patient. And this is a Dr. who is a specialist! These people have medical issues, pains and need assistance! The office is Archaic and in Chaos! Papers all over. Clerical searches the tops of their desks as if there is no formal filing system.We waited in the office for an hour and was told that the wait would be an additional hour. I understand that physicians need to make money and are entitled to a considerable wage - But, eight patients per hour! Where can the care be! Maybe this whole experience was a fluke - But, I doubt it. Those of you who receive service from Dr. Amin - be proactive, don't be naive, and a quick prayer to the Lord Almighty may not be a bad idea!
