My dental hygienist and the front desk were very friendly. The only thing that was negative was that they were about 40 minutes late after my appointment time.

This location is often extremely busy, though the staff are efficient at getting folks the care they need in a compassionate and relatively timely manner. The hygienist Jackie is awesome at what she does, and Doc Cardenas is very kind and thorough.

I will not recommend this place.I had bad experience. They want me to pay more money than my insurance is already covered.If I not pay They won't do it.They had no kindness just only Money talk and staff unprofessional mass up appointment waste my time.

I like the service and im happy to wait to get cleaned in my mouth

Great staff & dentists. I only needed an adjustment to my partials & was in & out in less than 30 minutes!! My husband & I have been going to Bright Now for several years & everyone is so attentive. Would definitely recommend Bright Now to friends.

If I could give O stars, I would but that's not an option. I got my veneers done here in 2021 by Dr. José Cárdenas. He never explained that veneers need regular maintenance he told me they would last a lifetime. Later, when I visited other dentists, they explained the proper care and confirmed that the work done here was poorly done. One veneer fell off, and when I went back, they refused to fix it unless I paid again. The doctor was rude, and the receptionists were extremely unprofessional one even called me "stupid" when I asked for the doctor's license number. They don't take responsibility for their work, don't offer any warranty, and treat patients with zero respect. Be very careful if you plan to come here. I would never recommend this clinic.

Always a great experience and grat work

I can't say enough great things about the entire staff at the Anaheim office. Very understanding, knowledgeable, patient, professional & have great friendly personalities too. I've always had a deep fear of the dentist & they are so accommodating & gentle with me. I also recently brought both my elderly parents and they were great with each of their concerns & needs. Thank you Staff. Keep doing what you're doing. You have definitely taken the fear of the dentist & knocked it down considerably. That's why I keep coming back & referring friends & family to your location.

My 2 year old needed some dental work and this office told me that he would be able to receive oral sedative or nitrous oxide in their office to help with the dental work, but we needed to schedule an appointment with their pediatric dentist. We waited TWO weeks for this appointment and had to be there at 7am with a toddler that had to be fasting from midnight. We had the hardest night filled with crying since he couldn't breastfeed and then when we got there they looked at him quickly and said that they couldn't give any type of sedative to a patient his age. So we did all of that preparation and struggled for no reason. This office has no communication or organization when it comes to patient care. I would not trust them with your young children. They essentially washed their hands of us and told us to contact CHOC, but that they don't have any referral they could give us and they didn't even have a phone number to give. I am beyond upset.
