If I could give this place 0 stars. I would most definitely. The front desk people are the worst. They are very very rude. My first time here I thought maybe she's having a bad day and I was very nice cause I'm not a rude person. However these girls up front don't acknowledge you what so ever and just seem like they don't like their job. Not only that. But I call about 15 times to try to get ahold of someone and nothing!!! What's crazy is when I got there for my appointment. They're not busy. It's not super crazy. So they just let the phone ring and ring and do not care to pick it up. I hate writing bad reviews. But this place needs to know you're dealing with patients and give the worst service out there. And the care they're providing is TERRIBLE. The DR I had was nice and fast interaction. So I don't have much to say on her. But the way this place functions is beyond terrible. How would the front desk people feel if they went to a DR appointment and got treated on like they're not important and with snobby attitude!? They probably would not like that at all. DO BETTER. Cause people don't want to be here to begin with so at least make a good experience. No one deserves to be treated the way these front desk people treat the patients. Now I have to pay for another consultation elsewhere because this place is horrendous. Thanks for wasting my time and money. Everyone else. Please stay away from here. Save yourself some sanity.

I've called them more than a dozen times, throughout various times of the day (during their open business hours), and have left two voice-messages; Nothing! They just don't care; It's as simple as that.

Office clerks are caddy. Rude office staff. One month said I had an authorization the next month there my insurance record read an error and the staff did not look into it. Rudely cut me off and said my next appointment was canceled. Month later the same staff member looked further into it and my authorization was still valid there was an error on my insurance groups end. Conclusion the skin issue worsened and I was given the wrong medication by the doctor. Overall bad service they blamed their new phone system for not returning messages, the manager never returned my message for a call back. I am here to speak to her on my visit now. There is no urgency for them to speak to me.

Extremely disappointing experience. I came to this clinic 4 months ago to start Accutane and clear my acne before my wedding. After doing everything they asked -- including two negative pregnancy tests -- the doctor told me she'd write the prescription. Then they realized they never told me to create an iPLEDGE account, didn't report my test results from the previous month, and failed to order the required blood work. Because of their mistakes, I now have to repeat everything and wait another month. I've wasted time and money on rushed 3-minute visits, and still have no treatment plan. Totally unprofessional and disorganized.

do not go here. bait and switch. they charged me for work that was never done. they were deceiptful and not transparent. i would never go here again. bad business. unethical. as bad as it gets. beware of all the bad reviews. theres a reason why. dont know how they sleep at night. karma will come

Trying to make an appointment was very difficult. The staff was very professional and helpful and very nice. The doctor was professional and nice.
