Catherine Marks's Online Review Report Card

Dr wasn't bad but the office/reception was horrible. I waited over an hour on the phone to to make an appointment. When I finally had my appointment they took forever to see me! Appointment times mean nothing at this clinic as several other patients were also complaining about. When other patients would ask reception about how much longer/complain about the wait times, reception just didn't say much or do anything about it. It was very frustrating especially because patients that would come in that were of the same nationality would get taken back right away. Felt more like an urgent care; why have appointments if they aren't going to honor appointment times?

Dr Catherine has put up with me for a couple of yrs now. I am not a Dr kind of person and I think she knows it. She accepts me back after extended time awaysorry Dr marks. I am who I am lol

She is very nice. Office staff is not, very rude. I changed doctors when I had been waiting for 30 minutes & a group of people about 10 people walk in & go right in. It seems people of her own nationality get seen without an appointment. I waited another 45 minutes & walked out.

I love my Dr. Catherine Marks. Is always there when I need her. She is sweet and very professional. I've been with her almost 10 years. And can't see myself having any other pcp.

Thyroid issue Holds meds hostage can even get a refill of prescription to regulate hypothyroid. Makes you come in for every refill. Office does not answer the phone so good luck getting appointment. They put your health at risk…danger

I've been seeing Dr. Marks for many years. She never judges me or makes me feel uncomfortable. If I need a referral she makes sure to put in the request right away and is really good at following up with me rather it be in the office or on a telephone visit.

This is the absolute worst doctor's office I have ever visited. Be prepared to spend countless hours on the phone just trying to schedule an appointment, only to be told it's over three months out. To make matters worse, the wait time at the office is 2-3 hours. How can they treat patients like this? The staff is extremely rude, and the doctor refuses to offer virtual appointments, forcing you to come in for even minor issues because she's so money-hungry. It's unacceptable that you even need to visit in person to ask for a referral or to review your blood work results. I strongly recommend avoiding this office and this doctor at all costs. She is not thorough, and they take weeks to process a simple electronic referral. Find another office to work with because you will be extremely unhappy here.

Found Dr. Catherine Marks through my ob-gyn and I am so happy to have found her. The staff are all kind, and Dr. Marks was so pleasant. She listened to me not trying to rush and see the next patient. I was so impressed and changed my husbands pcp to her. Finally a Doctor that actually cares about patients and not only money.
