Very bad place they don’t have a stable doctor and they never answer the phone calls very bad service

Worst clinic ever they never have a stable doctor and when you're trying to get a refill they never answer or return the phone call back..

I love this place. never filled or im probably just lucky but the hygienist is SO sweet, and the lady at the front too is so so nice:) recommend!!

I have been coming to this clinic since it opened almost a year ago. Everyone is great from the staff to the doctors. I have seen Dr. Pollack and Dr. Hool and they have helped me so much with any medical issues I have had. I really appreciate all the very nice people at this clinic and I am happy I transferred here.

Alex the girl on the phone has the worst customer service skills and hangs up when she doesn't know an answer to something. DO not recommend.

"I was very pleased with my experience at Central City. I can be a hard critic of clinics because I have to visit very often different clinics because my mother suffers of Parkinson's and also I have some issues this give me the opportunity to meet doctors hospitals and the people employed by them. Combine that attitude with an innate crankiness when I'm not feeling at all well and the result can be much less than pleasant. This time (My first time at Central City on Lincoln Street in anaheim ) was a world away from previous experiences elsewhere. It was good to be treated with professionalism and care. When I say the front desk the person in charge of referrals and all the other employees of the Clinic made me and my mom feel that we were in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. I am truly grateful and won't get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick and I have to attend the doctors office. I come here for my OB services and the staff and ob/gyn nurse practitioner are great! They are so friendly, funny, and have great chemistry with each other and patients. They make sure all my questions get answered. The facility is clean and organized. As a first time mom they go above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met. I will definitely be recommending friends and family here. Thank you all!

I got my first CoVid shot here and it was so nice and you don't need to wait. I wanna say thank you to all the doctors and nurses because they are so nice. Clinic is so clean. Especially to these nurses Gracey and Cynthia.

I received my fist Covid shot and I must say I was very nervous at first. But as soon as I stated speaking with Gracie it all changed. The entire staff was so nice. My shot didnt hurt one bit. Very professional and clean. Thank you guys

I scheduled my Covid Vaccine here and the staff was amazing upon my arrival I was greeted by Cynthia  she took my temp and did wellness checks which surprised me a lot  because other places don't do it. after that she proceeded to check me in and handed me my paperwork once I finished and turned it in Gracie was very friendly she kept a conversation going with me until I was called in to the back (didn't have to wait long) Jackie took my weight And blood pressure  very friendly staff once completed I was told the doctor would be in. Probably 5 minutes later doctor comes in again very friendly and professional Dr Fernando  I was nervous cause I hate needles but he went over my info and informed me of possible side effects and what to do. Then came the vaccine another friendly greeting and then they vaccinated me gave me my sticker and I was off to wait in the waiting area while waiting  I asked Cynthia if I can take a selfie with the mural I got my covid. 19 vaccine at central city and she said sure  took it and uploaded then Gracie handed me the card with my vaccine info and I was on my way.  This clinic has definitely exceeded my expectations never a dull moment staff is incredible definitely will be telling my co workers to head this way.
