The Doctors who work here are really freaking weird honestly, the short bugged one especially. The Female asian one is such a goofy.
Negative stars if I could. Lock this up and throw away the key. Call the fbi. Simply trying to make an appointment because I changed my provider and I can't even get ahold of someone on the phone. Waiting for 1 + hours and this is a common occurrence it seems. Not worth it.
This is a GREAT medical facility. Aracely the manager is so helpful she always makes sure to take care of anything I need. Claudia and Fernanda at the front desk are AMAZING super friendly and excellent customer service. These girls always remember my name. Israel Santana from Garden Grove facility who answers the phone is GREAT he recognizes my voice and always transfers me to whoever I need to speak to. Aracely give these 3 great employees a raise. Thanks you guys for all of your help I really do appreciate it.
My family and I see family doctors in community clinics. The doctors and nurses here are very patient. My mother always said that the doctors GARZA and nurse MARTHA Gil here like their services. She is very happy every time she comes. Thank you.
I used to like this place but honestly not anymore. It seems like there's some lack of communication within the staff. And even if you arrive on time for an appointment it takes about an hour to be placed in a room. I was scheduled for a referral with an appointment today only to be told to go home and wait for it in the mail and it's will take about 7-10 business days. Why waste my time like that? That could have been a phone call.
Rude staff front desk never answered my phone I decide to change my primary doctor
This is the worst doctor office. The front desk they never answer your call.
The customer service manager is really amazing person, she's really helpfulI got my check with a nurse practitioner( Maria ) she's so Rude, I won't recommend her to anyone
I'm updating my review because lately things just haven't been great. I still adore the nursing staff here, but the doctors less so. The doctor i had the great experience with is no longer there. I recently came in with an issue where I was unable to keep anything down, but because I'm overweight, the doctor congratulated me on the rapid weight loss, even though the reason for the loss was my body not working correctly and i would rather be able to keep food in my stomach than involuntarily regurgitate everything I ate. Honestly, this kind of behavior is not specific to this doctors office, but it's important to call it out. Also, they no longer have an in office lab and they are no longer open on Saturday's, which really sucks, and were the two main reasons i chose this office. Also the phone situation is still horrendous. At this point I've been holding for 40 minutes. Once again i understand that this isn't an issue with the office in general, and that Central City as a company needs to hire adequate staff to cover phones. UPDATE: i held for 40+ minutes and got sent to a voicemail so that's cool.
Horrible service. Great doctors.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
