The reviews are what made me choose this provider, but after a few appointments I've decided to go elsewhere. It's important to note, that this is a paper chart office, nothing is sent electronically, which is very inconvenient. The doctor and staff seem very... bland. I never saw anyone there smile. They prioritized others appointments before mine. People that walked in after me got seen first. It's also important to note that Dr Medina is liberal in her medical views, particularly covid related matters, which I know is important to some people. They did accommodate my schedule, but everything else was subpar. Their follow up is not great. After my first set of blood work, only one attempt was made to contact me. I called back and left messages for them to call me back, but they didn't. I finally got through and they said the doctor would call me in an hour, which didn't happen. I called the next day, and the doctor said she forgot. I let it go, but a few months later the same thing happened. Tests were done, I informed the doctor would be out of the country for a week following the appointment so she made note of it. They called while I was away, I called back after I returned and they said, the doctor already tried to call you, she's on vacation now and will call you when she returns..I called to follow up again and now 3 months later, still no call.

Very surprised with all the negative reviews! My wife and her parents are long time patients of Dr. Medina. My wife has been a patient for almost 20 years. The doctor has always been a very caring, friendly, and supportive doctor. She is professional and understanding plus she answers all our questions and concerns. Her staff has also been very helpful and friendly as well. There have been times in the past when something has not been done, but when we follow up they apologize and get it done. Yes, wait times have been long once in awhile. Dr. Medina is worth waiting for, though, in our humble opinions. Nowadays, there are too many doctors who do not care about their patients.Dr. Medina is a wonderful doctor that we trust, and I am very happy that my wife and her parents are patients of hers!

I have to give one star but I wish there is an option for 0 star. I' m Filipino, looking for a Filipino lady doctor, found Dr Medina who belonged to my insurance group, I called today to get an appointment . The girl answered the phone was too smart at least that's what she thinks, she should learn how to answer the phone with courtesy. Dr Medina just lost a patient.

I was looking for a primary doctor after I moved to Fullerton, my coworker highly recommended her. However I saw few bad reviews about Dr. Medina. I was hesitated, but I'm so glad I finally gave it try. Dr. Medina is best Doctor I've ever had so far, she listens to her patient, she knows what she is doing and she spent quite bit time try to know me and hear my concern. I'm grateful I'm in good hand now.

This review is based on the two visit and overall experience with Dr Medina and her office. I really liked Dr Medina, and will continue to have my wife as her primary doctor. There is no way to contact the doctor via email, and getting through on the phone can be challenging. In this day and age most medical facilities use mychart which makes it easy to communicate with the doctor. Since the telephone option is challenging with the office. I had a question with one of the prescriptions being issue. Because my wife is already taking other meds. But I'm still waiting for the phone call. The insurance company also was trying to get a hold of them but didn't pick up the phone. I have tried calling several times and they don't pick up the phone.. the staff should be picking up the phone this is a medical office. My wife has a very severe medical history which I won't go in details. Sometimes my wife needs to see a doctor as soon as possible. And they don't allow walk-ins. Maybe they need to hire more staff people?

In this day and age most medical facilities use mychart which makes it easy to communicate with the doctor. I would like to see this doctor utilize that service since the telephone option is challenging with this office. I had an issue with confusion over my prescriptions being refilled which caused one of them to be delayed by a week. It is my belief this could be avoided with "MyChart." Otherwise Dr Medina seems very competent, compassionate and a good solid doctor. 5 stars for her!

Sorry I can't recommend her. She completely twisted my words & even added some I never said when she wrote a report to another doctor. Unbelievable!! I then got another doctor.

Dr. Medina is a very knowledgeable physician. Whenever I need to make an office visit, she always knows what my health issues are and prescribes the right prescription for me. She has been my primary doctor for the last seven years!

Very knowledgeable in her profession. Sweet and caring. Her office staff is as sweet as she is. Very professional, keeps records well and remedies small issues, as swift as she can.No complaints.

Searched for a good reliable Dr for years since mine has retired. Finally found MY Dr. Actually my daughter is very content also. Dr Corazon Medina listens, takes notes, & remembers. Very thorough. It's so nice to find a Dr that I can rely on. I even called on a Monday morning due to a bladder infection. I got in that morning.. I was not told to go to urgent care or book me the following week which seems to be what my other Drs or the staff has done. The staff is very knowledgeable friendly and fast. I am a very happy camper .. and my daughter is... shocker there!
