This was a wonderful safe feeling environment with professional office staff and a wonderful doctor with all the knowledge in the world to offer you. He took care of my needs with professionalism and assurance that my particular condition was in fact nothing serious to worry about and that I was in good hands. The excision was Done very well and I will be his patient forever.

Dr. Friedman is great. Straight to the point, doesn't waste anytime and gives you the simple solution. The staff, front office is the complete opposite. Rude, short, and need people skills. Dr. Friedman 5 stars - Staff 0 stars = 3 🌟

I've gone to Dr. Friedman years ago and he was great. I wanted to make an appointment with him again and so far I've left 2 voice mails on 2 different days a week apart and they still haven't returned my calls. You go directly to their message box when you call. Pretty unprofessional if you ask me.

Front desk doesn't seem to know what they're doing. I was told I had a $20 co-pay... no problem. I paid it there in cash because their credit card machine wasn't working.... still no problem. Then 3 months later I get a bill in the mail saying I still owed $20 dollars because my co-payment was $40. If the front office knew how to do their job properly I wouldn't have gotten a surprise bill. Doctor was fine.

This doctor is arrogant, dismissive of your complaints, only interested in surgical options, has no idea of any modern available treatments, his knowledge of available remedies is extremely limited and outdated, it is the past century knowledge, or he just does not think that you deserve anything better. Save your self a trip. Receptionists are also pretty rude.

First of all, the appointment taker and nurses are rude. Second, the doctor doesn't seem like taking of the patient. I went there 3 times paying $55 co-payment to treat my acnes on the back of my head. He didn't even look closely and talk to me about my issue. He prescribed few medications one after another but never got better. Later I changed the doctor and I was taken care nicely. This doctor, David Friedman wants you to visit him over and over so that he can make more money. I would do NOT recommend this doctor to anyone.

Let me start by saying that I was very skeptical after reading some of these reviews. I went with an open mind and hoped for the best. Dr. Friedman and his staff were very welcoming and professional. I ended up having to get a biopsy done, which I was extremely nervous about. Dr. Friedman was very gentle and patient and made me feel at ease. My overall experience was positive.

2nd visit to CSI. Poor service, poor bedside manor and the Doctor did not seem to care and couldn't have pushed me out the door fast enough. I will not return. And if your a first time patient I don't recomend.
