David B. Friedman's Online Review Report Card

2nd visit to CSI. Poor service, poor bedside manor and the Doctor did not seem to care and couldn't have pushed me out the door fast enough. I will not return. And if your a first time patient I don't recomend.

I have been going to Dr. David Friedman for over 10 years, he has always been friendly and professional, I would highly recommend him and his staff.

I want to say thank you to the friendly front office staff and Dr. Friedman. The facility very clean, staff professional, and I left feeling good about the service.

Dr. Friedman saw me while I was admitted to Anaheim Memorial on La Palma for a diagnosis of rash and blisters on lower legs and feet (eventually spreading over body); he did a quick visual diagnosis; followed by a biopsy for a auto-immune disease. I found him to be very pleasant and professional; he provided the name for the disease, which in turn lowered my anxiety (I Was NOT Getting this info from the covering MD, who treated me as I was contagious (I Was NOT); and was in and out of my room in under 60 seconds for the 7 days of my admission!!)

I don't have to see Dr. Friedman often thank heaven but every time I do Dr. Friedman is quick, professional and I appreciate his work.

Left him along time ago. Bedside manner it's bad and doesn't seem to care.

Took over a week to be seen by doctor for first appointment. Nurses take for ever to pass along information to Doctors. Bad customer service. I do not recommend.

2 appointments with Doctor. Told him about past history of skin cancer and need to be checked every 4-6 months. Didn't listen or do a check of my skin. Do not recommend.

My visits with Dr. Friedman has all been great!

Help me decide. Doctor Friedman has either become tired of caring or just never cared for his profession. Has he just muddled through or did he really stand tall once in his lifelong Hippocratic oath? Now it has been one year past my DFSP SARCOMA diagnosis and surgery. Doctor Friedman used up a whole year of my life before the DFSP diagnosis to treat my multiple colored, painful skin lesions with cortisone shots into my lesions. Post (2) two biopsies. One at my first visit and the next a year later. The first biopsy stated dermatofibroma. The second neurofibroma. Dr Friedman informed me that everything is fine. I asked can I have (2) different diagnostic biopsies? Dr Friedmans response was, different?? They were different? Dr Friedman left the exam room. Dr Friedman returned with information on how he called the lab to reexamine the tissue biopsy. So I worried for a week. I am back in the exam room being told I have cancer, DermatoFibroSarcoma Protuberans. I went to City of Hope to a Great Sarcoma surgeon Dr Roa and a 8 inch surgical scar on my abdomen. No more pain or cancer. Well hopefully. Why doesn't Dr Friedman know about....(33+years of dermatology ) Melanin color lesions Firm lesions Reading his charts Sit and listen to clients. Help me understand his character.
