Came here for an eye infection as referred by the receptionist at my PCP who couldn’t see me sooner. First off they charged me $45 and told me that my insurance didn’t cover (which was strange because I was told that this was one of the two urgent cares that took my insurance). Out of desperation I ended up paying because I didn’t want this eye infection to further interfere with working. I sat in the room for a good 30min before the receptionist told me that I would be prescribed Sulfacetamide drops (which happens to be a less aggressive antiobiotic), all done without seeing a doctor..She then proceeded to tell me that if I wanted to see the doctor I would need to make another visit to the Paramount location (all done after I was charged.) I’m not sure if she was even an lvn or medical assistant, but I’ve never experienced this happening and I’m sure it’s not legal.

Martha exceeded my expectations with her impeccable service. Her many years of experience as a nurse is evident in her work. Best nurse I have ever had- choose Dusk to Dawn!

Martha was the best nurse I have ever met. You can tell how passionate she is about her job which I really appreciated. I have had my fair share of experiences at multiple urgent cares but Martha really made dusk to dawn stand out. Thank you so much!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I came here out of desperation. I was the last patient. When I came in they charged me $100 I told him the website said $45 he said I needed to have a screen shot of it my phone was dead so I could bring it the next day . Let's talk about the Dr. who saw me, he was so agitated because he was either under paid or out of purpose. He checked my breathing, yelled down the hall to find out if I was paying cash then recommended for me to get a shot. He also told me about some other cough medicines but I didn't remember all of them. When I asked him he wrote them on a dirty napkin. They had horrible reviews but I figured the doctor spent money on billboards on 91 fwy maybe those reviews were wrong. Well they are as bad as the reviews. To add insult to injury, when I came back with the screen shot he said only the doctor can issue credit so I had to email the doctor ... he agreed to issue credit. So I came in on a Wednesday sat there for 2 hours he never acknowledged me so I left a copy of my credit card for him he never issued the credit. I later filed a Dispute with my card company and now he's stating he's not issuing credit.
