I am disappointed with the services provided by Families Together. The appointment management is quite unsatisfactory. If a patient arrives just 7-10 minutes late due to traffic or other issues, their appointment is canceled. However, if a patient arrives 10-20 minutes early, they may wait an additional 15 to 35 minutes beyond their scheduled appointment time. For instance, I had an appointment yesterday at 5:20 PM and arrived at 5:10 PM. The receptionist instructed me to wait outside for a nurse to conduct a COVID test. I ended up waiting in the cold for about 28 minutes, but no one came to assist me or even checked on my status. Despite my attempts to communicate that I was waiting outside, I received no response or acknowledgment. So I left my appointment and did not visit the doctor. Overall, I am not satisfied with the service I received and will be seeking care at another clinic.

I had a very disappointing experience at Families Together on Katella. The front desk staff had a poor attitude. Their behavior made the whole visit unpleasant. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
