List of Gateway Urgent Care Center's Reviews
I don't agree with Tamara's opinion of Phuong Ly, MD, Dr. Ly is my physician, and he's the warmest, kindest and most qualified physician I've ever encountered! Tamara, you say your husband's health conditions have worsened over the last 3 years under Dr. Ly's care. Dr. Ly has only been at Gateway for a little over a year, how's that possible???? You say that your husband's friend recommended "SIBO", and Dr. Ly didn't know what that was. I'm sure no other legitimate MD would know what SIBO is either. Dr. Ly practices evidence based medicine, not witchcraft! Please tell your husband to stop listening to his friends for medical advice instead of an MD, it hasn't worked out well for him. I suspect your husband might be frustrated that he didn't get his medication "fix" he was expecting. God bless you and your husband, it sounds like you both have issues that a doctor can't fix. I would like to respond to the rest of your posting, however, it doesn't make much sense. Perhaps you should enroll in a basic English course and improve your skills before you continue trolling people on Yelp that are much more highly educated than you. Sincerely, Eva D.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
