I have seen Dr. Mason for regular physicals as well as pre-opp health check. She has been very responsive and incredibly helpful explaining what I need to know.

I have a chronic illness and in the last 10 years of having it, every single doctor has been horrible to me. Dr.Mason is the very first doctor to take me seriously. She was honest and extremely helpful. Getting appointments is hard and I have had many issues with office staff. If you can get past the horrible staff, she’s worth the frustration.

Front office is not friendly. It is very hard to see doctor. You need to make appointment at least 2 weeks ahead. However I needed to wait almost 4 weeks for seeing her. You could not see any other doctors for backup too. So I changed my primary doctor instead of waiting to see her. Front office was rude and not helpful. They kept saying that you wanted to make appointment or what. If you were thinking about you schedule, you got hung up.
