Dr Gutierrez, is a wonderful, caring, patient and a great family doctor. Very patient and knowledgeable. No longer waiting.
Leaving Memorial Care. Had a great doctor, but she left and went to the next doctor; she's leaving. I had an appointment for my older teenage son, and they denied the appointment, even though he has been alone with the doctor many times. Rude staff. It seemed the doctor wanted to take a break instead of seeing the patient who had missed school for the appointment. Thanks for being a colossal disappointment. This wasn't the first time the staff had refused to help. The first time, I didn't write a review, but now I will!
David R. Simon, MD was very professional, thorough, meticulous, and methodical on how he dealt with me medically.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have had multiple issues with "doctors" here invalidating me and dismissing me. I was even insulted today by the practice manager, who compared me to people who commit violent crimes while I was advocating for myself. The person they assigned to take over my care (Connie Pham) was extremely cold to me from the beginning. She did not introduce herself and instead began grilling me and stating the reasons why she cannot help me. She made me feel like a criminal. She obviously hates her job and cannot handle the same tasks that my previous doctor could.Melissa Gutierrez is another person to avoid. As many others have stated, the doctors here will deny long term prescription requests in order to get you to come in for a visit. The doctors are booked out for weeks and it is extremely difficult to get a timely appointment. I personally went through horrible withdrawal symptoms from an SSRI medication due to Melissa Gutierrez' negligence. The staff here are cruel and will allow you to suffer for their own gain. They have also shown signs of pettiness after I have expressed issues in the past, including making me wait 40 minutes for a scheduled appointment only to be turned away. The only okay doctor here was Dr. Jenny Tan and she's gone. Even Dr. Tan was cold and made me feel uncomfortable but at least she listened to me. She did not smile once and I never felt like she actually cared about me. I am seeking a different practice with doctors who actually have a basic level of empathy and understanding. Also a note, the front staff are way too young and act unprofessionally, having their trash and cups all over the counter. Gross. If you enjoy feeling like trash then this is the perfect place to come for your medical care!
He was vary helpful and informative
I really like this facility and my primary doctor. They are very friendly and accommodating. The only bad side is their blood work department. They are usually really slow especially if they are busy. It doesn't matter if you have an appointment or not, expect to be seen 30 minutes after your appt time.
They seem Professional yet humble and polite including Staff , clean joint .
Great doctor. Great MA!
Me gusta el servicio del personal hacia los pacientes
Medical Malpractice: Dr Trucvy Hoang LeThat doctor is a joke literally pulling up GOOGLE on her phone to determine my health issue?! She was also in a rush and neglected to treat other medical issues I wanted to address. Her leaving the office in an inconsiderable manner is considered "Abandonment" and I may seek legal actions.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
