Personell is very professional, great service and not big lines!You dont need appointment for covy testing at this location! Most places require for you to make an appointment for next day! If you are in the urgency for a place to be test for covy! Thwy close at 8pm.I will recomend this Urgent Care clinic.

I've been coming here since my 2nd child was a baby. I took her in because she was sick. They actually called a few days later to check on her. No other hospital/UC has ever done that. The staff has always been nice. Wait times are usually short if you go at the right time. Longest wait time was 1.5 hours but they let us go and come back, and we only ended up waiting maybe 45 min. CVS is right next door, you can walk over and get your prescription.

I have been calling and calling for 2 weeks regarding my fathers ultrasound that he got done on 8/2 NOBODY has even bother on calling me back. This is regarding the health issues of a person ! I don’t understand what kind of office they are running here !Like Come on!

Came in at 345pm, there was only 1 person in the waiting room, and like 6 people walked out from the back. Still now at 5pm haven't even been called back. It took me going up to the desk and asking how much longer do I have to wait here and then magically she goes to the back and next thing you know I'm called back. I come here often and have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen or even brought back. I don't know what happened today, but horrible service.

Waiting room/check in area was clean and spacious. Lady at the front desk, don’t remember her name, was extremely helpful and nice. Exam room was also nice, spacious and clean. Dr. Michelle Roberts was kind, easy to talk to and actually listened to what I had to say. She put a temporary cast perfectly on my arm. She helped find me a place to get X-rays and had all my paperwork done before I left, no waiting around. If anything happens again, I will definitely be going back. Kindest doctors ever!

Just brought my 7 month old in to be checked for an ear infection. The absolute kindest staff. We were taken in right away. Of course wait times are gonna vary with any urgent care clinics so we did get lucky with that. We were checked in seen and left all within 30 min. The doctor was so great with my daughter. If I ever need to I would definitely come back to this location and recommend this place to anyone in need of an urgent care clinic!

I do not recommend this place. The medical staff denied care to a child this week. It is against the law to deny care for a child who has been constipated for 6 days but this office decided to turn this patient away because the mother had a medical exemption to wearing a mask and because she could not wear one the office decide to go fully woke. Well in doing so this office is potentially facing a lawsuit for not following “The Federal Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA),” which was signed into law in 1986. Remember this child was facing a serious impairment of a bodily function, which is one of the qualifying criteria’s requiring this and all emergency care facilities have to follow to stay federally compliant. OC Urgent care leadership should be ashamed of them selves. I will never support suck heinous acts against another human, let along a child.
