They been doing great trying to help me with my PTSD , depression and suicidal thoughts. Great Dr and the hole team that work there.

The building has more than one office to help mentally affected persons. Upstairs is the entry point and Dr. Kalika is amazing. He really listens and really cares. Downstairs is the PACT team which you may qualify for if you've had more than two 51/50s in the last year. This is a more intense therapy schedule and higher monitoring to keep you out of the hospital and jail. Jeuen is a wonderful counselor and uses EMDR to help deal with trauma, which is a highly effective therapy. Dr. Cheung is kind and compassionate and does more than just write scripts. Overall, my experience at this particular OCHA has been much better than the Westminster location years ago. I feel cared for, listened to and like the therapy is actually making a difference in my life.

One the cleanest, welcoming places for all your health care needs. I had a appointment with a therapist at 3 pm. It was on time that I met with a therapist and went over all that needed to be done. The assessment went smoothly and then I was done.

Nice place to talk but bad at call reminder always gives me the wrong time and I’m forgetful so I end up waiting for the time they give me in call reminder saying it’s at 2:20pm and then call me saying I missed the appointment at 12:30pm. Happened to me three times.

Great intake, loved the people helping me through the process. The grounds could use some keeping and maintenance and the poster boards are outdated

I went here when I was younger seeking for help and I wish I could take it all back.  The social workers and psychiatrist, while some may seem nice are not really their to help you but to help their pocket books.  They failed to verbally inform me of my patients rights, which is wrong! You have the right to refuse treatment, medication, and can end treatment at anytime without punishment.  If you feel your rights were violated than please report them to patients rights advocacy group, their management and take legal action if abuse continues.  They try to entrap you by forcing an appointment on you at the end of the visit, just tell them to shove it and leave and never come back.   If I could do it all over again, than I would've never contacted this place and/or leave shortly after and they cannot do anything about it because I have patients rights.  These same psychiatrist won't take the same crap they prescribe to their patients, so shouldn't you.  One social worker, told me he took the meds once, passed out at work and almost got fired. He never took them again but yet he preaches others to take it, hypocrite.   Bottom line:  Never coming back here again and should've never went in the first place or any other place like this.   Stand up for yourself, it's your life.

Worst experience ever. Only had a 5 minute session with an intake coordinator to see if I was suitable for services, fast forward a few months and I am being billed 440 dollars. These services are absurdly expensive, and your MediCal insurance might decide to not cover any of it.

They dont advocate for people to help them. Theres always rules and excuses to not help people with mental illnesses. They know how being homeless affects people with mental illnesses and they still are hands off when it comes to advocating for clients. My friend has chronic mental health issues and was hospitalized last year for chest pains that were linked to anxiety and still they wont help her. This place isnt good at all. They are the reason so many people give up and fall through the cracks.
