Exceptional Doctor and Staff Dr. Birnbaum has tremendous experience and was very conscientious which resulted in a better than expected outcome.

Sorry but I did not like the staff's attitude! They need to be a bit more compassionate...they need to tone it down when speaking to patients...more soft spoken..and more kind...they need to be more polite..I feel they speak to you a bit too strong..the doctor was great though!! Very kind!

I had done alot of research on line regarding my carpal tunnel, and speaking to the Dr confirmed to me that he clearly knew his stuff. The Dr is very knowledgeable and speaking to him made me feel confident, that I was in the right place. I read other reviews of people who say the staff is rude but I never experienced that. They were good in conversing with me and answering questions. After the surgery, after a few months of recovery, I have been feeling so much better! The doctor did surgery on both my hands (a few months apart). The Dr did a wonderful job, I am happy to have been sent to his office. I have no doubt that he can help you get better as well. He is great at what he does and that matters most. His job is to fix us, make us better than when we went in.

Peter Birnbaum DO is treating my Fractured Patella with out surgery. Bed rest for me with my leg up, straight never bending, and with my wrap and splint, in a wheelchair not even using crutches for now... Wanted to make mention his Nurce Brigeth (it starts with a B) I appreciate her and her kindness helping me and taking the time to explain whats happening. She went above and beyond, I recommend anyone with A Fractured Patella come to Dr. BirnBaums

SOME STAFF MEMBERS ARE RUDE. In particular Maria, the woman who takes appointments. She was so incredibly rude on the phone today that I was unable to get out why I was calling and make a second appointment to see Dr. Birnbaum. I find this extremely unfortunate as I believe he is a good doctor and some of his other staff are well mannered, professional and caring. I’m now stuck finding another orthopedic surgeon because I can’t even make an appointment. Extremely disappointed!

The front desk lady by the name of Maria is very rude. Couldnt help with setting an appointment, and lied and said the doctor didnt view the upper extremities. She did not help with a resolution to the issue. I do not recommend this place for anyone

Before I saw Dr Birnbaum (who was very helpful and pleasant) I spoke with Marie over the phone to make my first appointment ~ she was an angel, took my information and set up my visit for the very next day! I was surprised as the usual wait time for any new appointment is usually a week (at least) or longer ~ when I arrived Marie was there to greet me and it was nice to put a face to the name ~ I recommend this office to anyone that has the need for this type of service, my encounter with Marie made the entire experience a great one ~ thanks Marie!

Dr birnbaum is a great surgeon. My hand was jacked up, and now it works. Britney and Wendy are super nice and super helpful, any clerical issues ask for Wendy, shes the best. The dr is all about a quick interview, get the facts and go. If you are interested in getting in and out and on with your life, heres the place to get better. Thank you dr Birnbaum for helping me get my life back to normal.

Worst place every brought my grandmother and the ladies in front are super rude. Snatched paper work from my hand?! Like who does that especially to new patients. Wait times are dumb. Grandma had the very first appointment at 9am and it took them 15min to open there office and they still made us wait over an hr to get called back like if we were walk ins horrible doctors office! Not recommending this office at all! Supposed to bring my grandma back but nope not gonna happen.
