Can't get through to make an appointment even tho referred by emergency. Lady that answers the phone is rude, doesn't let me speak or ask anything, just transfers the call and straight to voicemail.

I have been dealing with Seronegative Rheumatoid Arthritis for two years and I really thought I was reaching the end of my ability to live. I was unable to care for myself for a long time with no end in sight. I had seen several specialists and my PCP, all of them make me lose hope on life. Dr. Birnbaum and his staff were the first providers who actually seemed to want to address what was wrong with me. I started to get better after a month and several months in I have control of my future again. I tried to explain to this office what their kindness and attentiveness has meant to my life, but words aren't enough...

Dr. Birnbaum saved my life. 3 years ago I broke my Femur and he happened to have another patient in the emergency room and saw me and installed a full hip and femur kit. He was concerned how I broke my femur and sent my test to pathology. Turned out I had stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. I was given months to live. His staff rushed me into tests and matched me with a oncologist immediately helping out with insurance and scheduling. I’m happy to say I’m 3 years in and beating cancer and living a normal life. Him and his team are rockstars and saved my life! Highly recommend his team for anything orthopedic.

Absolutely pleased with my experience with Dr Birnbaum and his staff. Brittany and Maria in particular are absolutely amazing and super sweet. They have been nothing but helpful and professional while i heal this broken leg. The staff is extremely personable and I love talking to them when I have the chance.

Dr, Peter Birnbaum is the best ortho doctor, straight forward but truly cares about his patients. His staff are amazing, kind and respectful, Wendy, Brittany, Maria you guys rock!!!, Doctor Birnbaum thank you for such an awesome job. I will not change my insurance because I do not want to change my doctor.

Dr. Birnbaum did carpal tunnel repair on my hand. The surgery and recovery went very well and I will definitely go to him again if I ever need to. His office staff was friendly and helpful, especially Wendy. Dr. Birnbaum is a great surgeon!
