Rakesh Bhola's Online Review Report Card

Rakesh Bhola MD has been my and my husband's primary care physician for over twenty five years. He is the most dedicated, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable physician that I know, and really listens to what we have to say. We are always able to get an appointment to see Dr Bhola with a same day or next day appointment, by his outstanding nursing & office staff. Dr Bhola does not leave a stone unturned when looking for a correct diagnosis. Recently, my husband was cleared to have knee replacement surgery by a cardiologist, but Dr Bhola didn't like something on one of his tests. Dr Bhola then sent my husband for a different cardiac test, which showed he had several blocked arteries. My husband underwent triple bypass surgery four weeks ago, & is recovering well, all due to Dr Bhola's insistence he have another cardiac test prior to approving him to have knee replacement surgery. Dr Bhola literally saved my husband's life!!! We are so grateful to Dr Bhola for all his expertise medical care!!! Words cannot express how thankful we are to Dr Bhola for all he does to take such excellent care of his patients!!! Anyone who is fortunate enough to have Dr Bhola for their primary care physician, is a lucky and very blessed person!!! Thank You Dr Bhola, from the bottom of our hearts, for what you do everyday for your patients!!!

Do not recommend this office The incident occurred in a business in Anaheim. Me and my wife went into this clinic to receive services. After waiting for month to get approval, and after waited for so long to get an appointment. Normally, we do not like to file complaint, but how this clinic treated us both is unacceptable. first, this clinic never answer there phone line. They claim they are always busy but no buddy is in the clinic. Second, sanitary we both went to this clinic two times. Both of the time the roach, that was dead underneath the chairs were there. Anyway, aside from that we both went with our son. First appointment we went and gave all the medications we had to the front desk, and filled out there paper work. Second appointment, gave much information as possible to this doctor. However, the doctor is fixated on Diabetes. Anyway we ignored the fact about his fixation. We both described our medical

Normally, we do not like to file complaint, but how this clinic treated us both is unacceptable. The doctor goes by the name Rakesh K. Bhola, MD Inc. 1781 W Romneya Dr Suite C Anaheim, CA 92801. First, this clinic never answer there phone line. They claim they are always busy but no buddy is in the clinic. Second, sanitary we both went to this clinic two times. Both of the time the roach, that was dead underneath the chairs were there. Anyway, aside from that we both went with our son. First appointment we went and gave all the medications we had to the front desk, and filled out there paper work. Second appointment, gave much information as possible to this doctor. However, the doctor is fixated on Diabetes. Anyway we ignored the fact about his fixation. We both described our medical history, and told the doctor to please prescribe medications. he next couple of days we waited to see if the clinic sent the prescriptions to the pharmacy, which they only did couple of medications. As a result, we had to call this clinic several times to get the prescriptions ready. Also, when I told the front desk nurse, about some off the medications. The staff accuse both of us for not telling about the medications. The clinic claims that I didn't mention to them about my diabetes at our initial visit. However, my wife did mention, and the only one is my wife. Even though we both had the appointment together. We both were interviewed by the doctor at the same time. There is no way i didn't mention about it. After several days later the doctors office is sending us a letter stating about accusations against the clinic. This false accusation, and terminating our membership is very rude, and unprofessional. Now because of this incident I have to change everything, and me and my wife is out medications. This doctor I would not recommend anybody.

I am 61 years old and I have never met anyone like him. He is the most unkind and rude person I have ever met. He doesn't listen to patients.

Very easy to make appointments. Office staff and doctor are great and the doctor truly listens to us.

Dr. Bhola has been my doctor for many years. I'm very pleased with the medical care he's given me. He is very compassionate in what he does. Patients are his priority. He doesn't see us as just a "number." Highly recommend him.

My parents have been going to this doctor for over 10 years! My parents are so pleased with his care that even my sisters have become this doctor's patients. He is very thorough and truly cares for his patients. Office is nice and very convenient to access from parking lot. Office is never crowded or overbooked with patients and that's a plus! That gives ample time for patients to discuss their issues with the doctor without being rushed out because other patients are already waiting. Doctor has always answered questions I have in regards to my parents and he's even gone out of his way to see my mother when she's been placed in rehab centers after surgeries. He follows up with phone calls directly to patients! I mean, now a days it's hard to find an actual Doctor who still contacts their patients directly. When we have needed him on weekends he is there returning our calls! My family and myself are very thankful for his dedication and care he has given to my parents.

Very rude, verbally insulted me when I was just trying to make an appointment. Do not support this persons business, if your insurance refers you to him beg for a change, he should not be in business as a healthcare provider.
