They answer you with a very bad attitude. And if you have an appointment at 11 a.m., they make you wait two more hours to attend to you and if you ask them something, they get in bad mood.

On April 26, 2021, I had exams for Colonoscopy & EGD procedures.Doctor Ravindran Alapati , He is excellent Doctor and the procedures went well I appreciate it more than he know.. I feel they truly care about their patients and they do a wonderful Job.I felt confident in his medical group and was warm and friendly,Doctor Ravindran use his expertise to find patient cause of abdominal pain. He is the best surgery Doctor and have rich experience , and find the symptom that the difficulty patients suspects, and extreme time treatment.Doctor Ravindran is excellent and also his team were excellent. They explained to me as best as they could, I felt confident , safe in his medical group. They are warm and friendly.I thank you Doctor and his team very much!!!

Very bad service he don’t care if you sick or tired no medication 10 days i am trying to get my medication and no way i am never back again to this doctor

Dr. Ravindran, he is excellent, and I am very happy he is my Doctor. My procedures went well, I appreciate it more than he know.

Dr. Alapati is always caring. My mom has been a patient there since 2010 , he follows up after a procedure. The staff is friendly specially Jessica she gets things done right away.
