Dr. Roy Hayashi failed in retreatment of my root canal & caused me lots of pain, ended up extracting it. He not only disagreed to forgive part of the costs, he sent it to collect agency to ruin my credit.Shala Hedayati

If you want an Oral Surgeon, who literally spends 10 minutes doing a complex procedure like a Root Canal, then this is definitely the guy for you. He messed up on my tooth really bad. And i'm sure it's because he couldn't be bothered to even slightly take his time. The best part is, a week after his procedure, when I told him it's painful and infected now, he said, "I did what I could".

I only go to Dr. Hayashi--so far all my root canals have been successful. He is quick and skilled (and very busy I believe).

He is the best dentist i have ever been to. He is accurate, fast and to the point. He has done a few root canal for me and he has done an awesome job

He is the best Endodontist i have ever been to. Accurate, fast and very knowledgeable! Have always been afraid of root canal because of previous bad experiences until he did root canal for me. I recommend him to everyone! He is simply the best!!!

I had my 2 root canals by Dr. Hayashi at HB Modern Dentistry. Excellent doc, very knowledgeable assistant and extremely sweet front office staff. The assistant felt almost like my mother! They all made me very comfortable. Wait time was very less, and there was no paperwork. I was made to fill a virtual form (including signature) on a tablet. My root canals went very smoothly and quicker than I expected. And I came out feeling no pain. Overall a great experience! I'll recommend this to all.

Went to this dentist without a referral because he was available within a couple days of needing him at an office close to me that I had never been to before. He only works at Beach Dental Group two days a month. I was not real excited to see a dentist who I had no history with for a root canal procedures just because he was in-network. Did I luck out. I will send Dr. Hayashi all the business I can. He and his assistant (great team) were outstanding.

This dentist will suck your insurance and your out of pocket money as much as possible whatever procedure He require you to pay in advance even he already verified that you still have your insurance benefit left. His staff seems nice but actually her works was so awful.
