Its almost impossible to meet with any physician because they put you after two months or even worse than that. Also when they say we will call you back you should call them because no one will call you ? . I dont know what a heck is happening over there.

The most INCOMPETENT staff I have ever had to deal with You can be a patient for over 10 years and they talk to you as if you are a new patient they have absolutely no information on you even when it concerns Medication their office prescribed They rarely answer the phones and rarely return calls. and by the way WHO IS DR.AZZAM hes never present

This place has rude staff the doctors are great the front end staff needs work they also dont answer the phones when they see people show up on caller ID had been waiting months for my kids to be seen and never got a response from anyone was truly disappointed at this after having a nice dr

This clinic is the most worst clinic I have ever seen in my entire life, when I say most , I really mean it. I have been with them for 10 years, they never did anything for me or my family. The nurses r very very rude, especially the guy does the authorization has so bad attitude, my uncle is 83 years old, they never help him with his sickness, when u go to ur appointment, they make u wait for 1 to 2 hours, I regret going there but no more,

Its easier to call the wight house than to call this office .They give you an appointment and they dont call

Very bad experience they always miss the shot for my kids Whatever I ask him to fill some paper for the school they lost it I don’t know like Dr. Samir he doesn’t read the review the bad review this guy The manager for the front office he’s so rude he’s so badThree months waiting the doctor to give me a transfer for me to the specialist first time he give me transferred to children’s doctor I am 32 yearsuntil now I didn’t see the specialist I have my whole family visit Dr. Samir now we’re gonna cancel everything we’re gonna find another doctor please guys whoever had bad experience With this clinic try to cancel everything let the doctor inside know what happened at the front

This place was great when I worked with Neshwa but since then it has been awful. The staff there is about as lazy as it gets and tries to put the work back on the patient. I had a teleconference with a different nurse on August 10 about a two new referrals. About two weeks later I called back to see what the status was and no one had done anything. Another week went by and I called Monarch to see what was going on and they said no referrals had been submitted so I called the office again and reminded them to submit them. The referral for my oncologist finally went through but the second one was submitted to the wrong insurance company. They told me I could do a self referral by calling them and requesting the doctor which I knew wasnt true. I called the insurance company and they informed me the office submitted the referral request to the wrong company as it needed to go through the parent company. Nearly two months later they are telling me I still need to get more information from insurance so they can do their job. Dont waste your time with this office.

Ive been seeing Evelynn for about 8 yrs Dr Azzam too, not often though. I do have to agree about staff. They r just human and can only do what they can with the time they have this office is very busy. I was suposed to have mri of my spine,hips and pelvis,stat. I was refered a week later to an office that no longer exists,or takes my insurance even with auth. It took my health coordinator at monarch and caloptima to get this fix...i have not been touched by a dr in months due to covid19 ive videoed 3 times and 2 phone calls from sifferent dr. I cant fget home health care or ambo ride to er . I cant get downstairs since my fall by myself.let alone drive myself oh and the mei i am having is of lumbar spine that is one of 5 i need .my arms are numb, my head feels like its gonna fall of whenever i lay dawn or go to sit from laying i have to hold it in place. So i know cervical spine needs looked at i dont know what anyone is doing in that office that we cant get things going been more than 6 weeks since my fall and gets worse by the day, stuck in bed and no one helping...im gonna call monday morning and see about adding stuff to my appoint on monday for mri. Hopefully someone is in the office they seem to be working from home alot

Worse staff Dr Azzam supposed to be my Dr. never seen him not even one time they team up on lies and off coarse you always wrong and they right .office Maneger have no skills to be anything accept arguing with patients and fight and disrespect.The front discs coughing on my face and she gets they both get very mad because I told her to do so.My appointment was at 2:30 after I sit 25 min they call me at the disk to tell me they called me yesterday to cancel my appointment because the dr I’m supposed to see cancel on the last minute yesterday and I answer to tell them it was a wrong number and you can’t win with them. THEY could’ve call today between 8:00 Am to tell me.Since Jose the office manger came to solve the issue and dial my number from the system and my phone on my hand and it did ring.But still everyone wrong and don’t deserve to be treat it like humanI wish I can find out when you have a big sign says WALK IN SIGN IN.
