I had an appointment today, and to my surprise, when I arrived, the location was closed. They never called me to let me know that they had changed or closed.

Was supposed to have an appointment today with this place, but they never answered me back. Unprofessional. Been in a lot of pain since a week ago and I gotten nowhere to an appointment with any dentist in Orange County. This is a big disgrace.

Very poor customer service, I booked my kids appointment almost a month in advance (Appointment date August 18,2023) in order to schedule leave and make time for dental appointment and to my surprise when I called in today they said that my appointment has to be cancelled cause the manager resigned according to the person who provides.answering service, It is crazy how irresponsible and disrespecful this facility is towards other peoples time.

I have been coming to this office for more than thirty years and have always found them to be kind, considerate and professional in their appearance and their attitudes. Advanced equipment (laser dentistry) and a well trained team. I have moved since I was introduced to them, and currently drive 60 miles each way for their services. They have always been accommodating to my schedule and on-time for appointments.

Terrible service. Dirty location. Needs lot of updating. came for my scheduled appointment & they did not check me in for more than 10 minutes and proceed to tell me wait for 30 minutes or more to get my teeth cleaned. Horrible.

Just moved here, they were the closest office to me. Great staff, very friendly, polite, and professional. Dr. Soni was great went over everything in detail. Did my cleaning right after the exam. In and out in a little over an hour.

Sad day when he and Mrs Vora retired. The female dentist Dr. D IS TERRIBLE, RUDE,UNCARING!!!Her staff are as rude as she is. Extremely unprofessional..Dr. Vora what a mistake to sell to her your staff was let go Marci was the best ever. I see the office has now closed good!she drove off all your good pts. Don't follow her to their other location.. New dentist &staff beyond NEGATIVE!

Dec 9, today I went for a dental procedure with Dr. Nesta Soni, a very wonderful and caring Doctor, She went all the way to make me comfortable . I have a real hard case with infection and took care of everything to settle my mind. Elizabeth and Aracely and the other nurse, sorry I was not able to get her name but they are all so friendly and nice nice!! Very good customer service!! Today is Dec 21, 2021, just got home from Smiles again and wanted to thank Dr Soni for a lot of caring and wonderful service, a very good dentist!! The wonderful assistants, Aracely and Kimberly makes you feel so comfortable, I love this place. Thaks a lot guys!!🥰🥰🥰
