Dr. Le is very nice and professional. Need new or more office staff. Call and on hold several times only to be disconnected. Lab requests either never sent when told they were, or sent to wrong lab (one we have never been to)...poor communication.Dr. Le says to call her anytime with questions, call and leave messages which Dr. Le says she never gets.Office staff either needs more help, retrained or Dr. Le needs more efficient help.The above mentioned have occurred many times in the past 18 months.It seems Quantity out weighs “Quality”

She is a great doctor , she took great care of me when I was her patient of which was many years, I no longer see her as I changed insurance.Her and the staff were wonderful to me and meet all my needs.

My wife has severe COPD. She has been to several pulmonologist in two different states and Dr. Le is by far the best. In the five years she has been a patient, I can count on one hand the amount of problems we have encountered. Dr. Le is very friendly, has always treated my wife like she is her only patient, and has a great staff.

They took to long for the appointments and authorization, plus the new coordinator make a mistake when she request an exam, were talking a suspicious lung cancer, they took 6 months to sent me to a Thoraxic surgeon and she didn't wanted to perform a bronchoscopy , I FINALLY got it but surgeon sent me to another doctor, really bad experiace she was so so but her stuff not good
