List of The Oncology Institute Of Hope And Innovation's Reviews
My mother, who is in her eighties, was a patient of Dr Sarwari. During her treatment consultation, three adults repeatedly questioned him about the treatment protocol, chemo drugs and dosage, what to expect, and how he safeguards her from serious debilitating side effects. We were extremely diligent in asking many questions and were cautious upfront because of her age. Under his lack of care, she was hospitalized for a week with severe issues, followed by 6-weeks of serious side effects. It was frightening. I spoke with him during her hospitalization. He was not accountable, not compassionate, and he actually brought up the subject of her returning to the treatment protocol. What he told us about the treatment protocol (the chemo drug) was false and that was confirmed by a second oncologist at the hospital, who also happened to know Dr. Sarwari. He doesn’t display qualities that would make him a trustworthy doctor to administer chemotherapy drugs to a loved one. He didn’t use discernment and caution with someone of her age. Oncologist must balance killing the cancer and safeguarding the patient during their treatment journey.
Outstanding
Staff and Dr. Sarwari in ANH branch are great. But the branch is only open Thursday/Friday. It is not easy to call for assistance Monday-Wednesday, if needed.
Atención amable y profesional
Very good all the staff I like it
They were fantastic
Im very disappointed with this place first its very discouraging when your waiting and feel like your in another country because no one is speaking English!! Not to.mention a patient was yelling at the receptionist and receptionist was yelling back in Spanish no less! This isnt how you run a Drs office!!! My mom has extreme anxiety while the yelling didn't help we literally sat in a room waiting on the Dr for 45 minutes, then we were treated like we were a burden and we weren't on Natashas schedule our first appointments we really liked and trusted Natasha this appointment not so good im done! Not to mention you can NEVER get a hold of anyone in this office! The service they use is horrible and rude!!!!! I refuse to put my mom through that again! Thankfully we are with a new Dr and we are very happy.
Why do the doctors not look at labs b4 the appointment? The doctor was rushed and I still don’t have a concrete diagnosis making me needing to get a 2nd opinion
absolutely the worst people to try to deal with as far as getting in touch with the doctor or the pharmacy they direct you to leave a voicemail or to text them and then they promptly ignore the voicemails or texts you will never get a response back finally had to go through my insurance company to get a hold of anybody about a urgent prescription
Do you know your buddy 😏😏 what is happening to your system.take a look.pay more attention to your self..all depends on you 🙏🗣️❣️❣️❣️

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
