List of Trucvy Le's Reviews
Dr. Le listen to what I had to say and gave me honest and positive advice. I truly appreciate it and recommend her.
Respectful / Not rushed
She understands my concerns, appreciates my honesty, listens to trials and willing to work together for the betterment of my health
I have only seen her once because of the following.. She was texting during my appointment. Mid conversation, pulled out her phone and said "Oh, I'm texting my nurses". Then she got mad at her nurses and was asking me if they were asking what they were supposed to, like I would know their protocol. I have a condition where I take a pill every day for the rest of my life. When she referred me to another doctor (which didn't work out) and my prescription refills kept going to her office, she had her nurses call me multiple times to tell me that "Dr. Le will no longer be refilling your medicine" with no advice on how to proceed. Just basically telling me to tell the pharmacy to not send her the requests. Then after all that they send me a bill for almost $400 for this one appointment. The worst experience in my whole medical history & I have an extensive history, so that says a lot. Find a doctor that actually cares.
She was very helpful and supportive of my concerns. It was a simple process and she was very friendly overall.
The worst doctor I've ever been to. First, she was running late by 40 minutes and since she was already backed up with her appointments she rushed me when it was my turn. I heard her talking to a coworker outside the office laughing while I continued to wait on her. When she finally decided to come in to see me she was very sarcastic and lacked people skills. She comes off judgmental, dismissive and tries to explain health concerns as just anxiety. She also performed a standard physical and told me I had dense breast tissue. I waited for her to explain but she never did. So I asked her what that means and if it's cause for concern, she said " get a 3d mammogram when you turn 40" and literally left afterwards. I left a complaint but of course never heard back from anyone. Unfortunately bad doctors like her are everywhere. You really need to work on your people skills Trucvy and treat your patients like people and not some appointment you run late to. You are unprofessional.
Explained her medical reasoning to me even in the busy setting of an urgent care! She walked through the possible causes of my symptoms in an understandable way and reassured me during my exam. Amazing doc :)
I was hoping for a proper assessment and standard of care. Turned out to be a waste of time. I do not feel I was properly cared during this visit. She was insulting and dismissive of my concerns.

Fantastic physician. She gave me great insights and explanations regarding my various concerns. Exceptionally friendly, timely, and observant. Overall, the best experience I've had with a doctor, ever.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
