Your office is like a heater and I am going to have a heat stroke just sitting in here. Do not come here unless you have a portable air conditioner that you can carry at all times. Front desk employee was rude and perhaps needs training in the customer service department!

I dunno why but as soon as we walked in they're already very rude here without no reason to be rude so yeah definitely try to go elsewhere because the kids in the front aren't very helpful

Updated review 3 years later: arrived 30 minutes early, called in 10 minutes before my appointment. Front desk was efficient and pleasant. Here for chest X-ray and upper GI. Techs both very professional and efficient. This place wasn’t the same nightmare as last time. Kudos to all!Believe the reviews. I work with technology and I know sometimes computers go down. Don’t tell me though that you couldn’t call and warn people that your system is down and that all patient numbers are in the computer because my number was printed on my paperwork that you probably printed out yesterday. I arrived a half hour early and waited over an hour and 30 minutes before I gave up on them.They’ll get one more chance next week. But if you’re reading this and are thinking you should go here. The answer is no. The staff were talking about their personal stuff for all the stacked up waiting room to hear.
