I definitely would give 0 stars! Terrible place , love yourself, Don't come here. There's plenty of other places to go , go there. People here discriminate, they are excruciatingly slow, no sense of urgency. They make you wait hours just to swab you for covid test and they help whom they chose before you , even though you were there an hour before them. Staff are careless and rude. It's not worth the headache. Please go elsewhere, don't take my word for it. There are plenty of people posting their negative experiences here as well, we're not kidding. This place is Terrible!

Rapid covid testing is not free as advertised. It's $100 if no insurance, and if you have insurance, your insurance is billed. Places like this that mislead people when they are feeling ill should not be allowed to practice. Clearly your motive is to make money not help the sick. You should be shut down. Period!

5+ hours of waiting for a covid test in the freezing cold, not ideal. They need to be more organized and efficient, would NOT recommend this testing site to anyone

Awful experience! I was waiting In line to get Covid tested and my 3 year old have to use the rest room, 3 YEAR OLD! I asked the front if she could use the bathroom. The staff started arguing with me saying we were going to infect them cause they are also a cancer treatment center. Makes no sense to set up a testing center at a cancer treatment center and be scared you’re going to get infected! Then they told me I had to leave. Awful horrible place! Never will come back here ever again!

5+ hours in line for a covid test. Arrived 30 minutes before opening and still waiting. Take appointments, give time slots, hire people?

Came here for covid test. . . Waited for 3 hours. . Not enough staff working. Parking was terrible. . . I would not come here

This place is horrible, customer service is awful as well, waited four hours for a test, and when I got to front of the line they said they couldn’t test me because I didn’t have a physical copy of my insurance , however I had all the information, I had also asked an employee if this would be an issue and she said no, what a waste of 4 hours!!Would NOT recommend coming here.
