Avoid this place. Rude staff and horrible wait times

I had an appointment at WaveImaging Huntington Beach, when I arrived at my appointment the CT machine was down. Since they did not call to warn me or reschedule, I asked them to find me another appointment that day. They sent me to the location in Anaheim. I rushed over there (27 minute drive) only to be told by the very rude and inconsiderate receptionist I was 7 minutes late and would now have to wait 45 minutes+ to get my scan, even after explaining my situation. I had work and had an early appointment to ensure I would make it in time. Not helpful, rude, and the receptionist working on June 17th at 9:17 AM at the Anaheim location (young Hispanic girl with long black hair) should consider another job not working with the public.

If you have to suffer through an MRI, I highly recommend this location.  Alex is amazing!!  I have really bad claustrophobia, even in an open machine, and she always gave me time warnings for how much longer and checked on me throughout.  She definitely knows strategies for easing anxiety, and that's huge when it's an already aversive situation.

First time to this imaging service and was VERY pleased with the service.   (I did my homework and called ahead to ensure I came prepared with what they needed and what to expect).   The office is old and busy but I find most all are... what's important to me is the service.   Brandy works the front desk and she is amazing, cheerful, and worked to unravel a snag we hit.  The price of the scan was reasonable as well.

Hurry up and wait. Appointment was 9:45 still waiting 1 hour later. Not enough competition in this market, obviously. If I was half this late they would have canceled my visit.

I was told to take my dad here for a chest X-ray with no appointment needed. When we showed up for walk in, they told us that this location is accepting by appointments only and send us to different location. We went online to schedule and saw this place also listed as accepting walk ins. It is hard for my family and affecting many other families and Patients to go through the waits and additional stress in addition to the challenges of illness that already brought on, when they are not organized nor giving accurate information or updating their site information. I tried to call front desk and no one is picking up the phone nor have a voice system available for me to reach out :(

I had an ultrasound appointment, came straight from work, and unfortunately I was too rush to remember bring my wallet. I had $50 copayment but I didn't have my credit cards with me, I ask them for me to pay in many other ways: Venmo, Zelle or Apple Pay but they don't accept it. I tried to open bank apps to get the card numbers too but I couldn't find it. I told them I work for a medical clinic too, if the patients can't pay the copayment on the day of, we can always send a bill out to the patients later. Please send me a bill later or just let me finish my exam then I go home and call back to pay over the phone, it's just $50.But they asked the manager and supervisor the answers were no and no, I have to pay ahead. I told them "okay I will go home now and come back with my CC to get the ultrasound", but they said they couldn't take me because there were other appointments after me. I had to have my ultrasound exam ASAP because it was urgent and i was waiting for 2 weeks. I cant believe they were so unreasonable, inflexible and unprofessional. Only $50 copay and gave me a hard time. I gave them so many solutions just all I need was to get my exam done that day.

I definitely wish I would have read the reviews I see now, but am glad that I don't feel alone about this center! I'm giving the center 2 stars because it was so quick and convenient for the walk-in. I went around 3PM and waited maybe 10-15 minutes before being taken back. One of the staff members took me back and asked me to change, but then I was the one that had to ask if I needed to take off my jewelry (which I know you need to) but I just wanted to make it a point that it was never said and I was surprised she hadn't asked me to remove any jewelry. The XRay went pretty quick and then I was told I could leave. No one said anything on my way out-- I passed many people and no one said a word...it was just weird. Definitely felt like I wasn't welcome.

First off, it said walk-ins only per phone.  Next thing, it's only for xrays!  Why they didn't say so, right.  Next, called appointment line, answered with no greeting and apparently the guy was also talking to someone while talking to me.  First impression already says a lot.  No thank you to this place.

Take DMV workers and put them to work for a health clinic and that sums it up about right. The worse experience I've had in a long time. Simply uncaring and stupid. Good luck to you if you go there. They ain't seeing my face again.!
