I had a good experience, but left a form for my chemo that clearly said to mail or fax to Norvartis. Dr Patel or his help, sent the Norvartis form to Optim RX. This is incorrect on so many levels. They make mistakes and it’s up to me to straighten everyone out. This creates anxiety and frustration, which more then likely is harmful to my health. I’ve missed 3 months of chemo so far. I didn’t get to share that info with Dr. Patel. I now have an appointment with him, which I do not want any longer. Lynell Clutts patient.

Dr Patel is willing to work with the patient and patient's family to develop the best communication process and treatment plan. He has a positive outlook and attitude that is extremely important in fighting cancer.
