My daughter first visit Carbón Health Urgent Care Antioch a few months back, and she told me the professional personal they have, but I called my Insurance and they couldn’t find a Urgent care facility near by, that’s when I remember that my Daughter have been seeing there, this time it was my son who needed to be seeing , then I called and a sweet voice answered, her name Tatiana, a real human being and very professional, she was very helpful, and definitely I will recommend anybody who needs service at Carbon Health Urgent Care, to not hesitate to call them, I have the best experience.

I made an Appt. This morning Jan.13 at 11am, it was easy and The Staff Are Super Nice and took me in right away no wait line, they took their time to see me and asked me questions. My results for my COVID19 + FLU Test were done in 1 hour. Thank You, You Were Amazing, Very Nice and Professional.

We were visiting family in Brentwood and our 2 year old became very sick (high fever, coughing, lethargic). We came here to get her seen and wow it was the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care. The staff were all very kind and made our little one feel comfortable. The doctor was patient and thorough, and answered all of our questions. And we were seen so quickly! In our hometown her own pediatrician doesn’t get to see us that quickly. Later in the day, the doctor also called to check on our little one, made sure we understood her diagnosis and her treatment plan. If I could give this place a 10 out of 5 I would!

Very friendly staff. Got back a few minutes early before appointment time which was nice for a change. No paperwork, everything was completed ahead of time through the app. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing. The staff are so friendly and professional. The doctors are great. They listen to what you have to say and you can tell they care. I don't want to go to any other medical facility.

I only gave 2 stars because the people were fairly nice and there was no wait at all. BUT... I was misdiagnosed, and the doctor totally ignored the fact that my oxygen saturation level was dangerously low! (87%) Good thing I have friends who are nurses and told me to go to the ER. Which, thankfully I did! I'm home now and I'm fine. This was an inexcusable error.

I would highly recommend Antioch Carbon Health. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of care. All staff members were professional and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I will definitely use them again in the future!
