I have been seeing Dr. Ottati for about 7 years. He has consistently delivered top care. The staff have always been professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Will never go here again! Awful customer service. We walked in for our 3:00 appt but waited another half hour to be seen. When we walked in no one acknowledged us or looked up to say hi. While we were waiting walk-ins were more welcome then us. They were served faster than us and walked out while we still sat waiting to be seen. Finally my wife gets seen and the test lasted maybe five minutes that's it! So seven days later we went to pick up the glasses, the glasses were dirty with finger prints all over the lenses and they didn't even size or fit the glasses to my wife face. I would have gone with my wife to pick up his glasses because this is his second pair ever so he is unfamiliar to supposedly the service you are suppose to get picking up your glasses. To top that we paid extra for transitions which my wife needs, she works outside for which we paid, but the lady didn't put it on the work order. So my wife had to make a second trip back to the store after work and he commutes to drop off a dirty pair of glasses that were not fitted back to the store and wait for another seven days. When my wife got there, they again did not bother to look up to acknowledge his presence!!!! Poor customer service poor quality and care they provide just plain sucks period never again will we ever step in that store!!!!!!!
