This is the worst emergency hospital ever... From the registration they take forever registrating you... they see that your dying and they take there time.. my mom was having a terrible chest pain and her arm was numbing and the tech put the wrist band on the hand that numbing after that they left her alone when she told them.she felt she was gonna faint and after that they will never come and check on her only if I would call then nurse but otherwise they will never show up.. Don't come here.. I regret coming here.. John miur it's better.. next time I rather make the drive but go were I feel much better with the help

Hi this is Matiee and I live in Antioch we have more than one family so about this emergency and hospital the worst place the worst service and all the staff are unprofessional and I'm trying to sue this hospital because they removed gallbladder without any reason from my daughter and they didn't diagnosed specifically for more than 6 days. I can't explain here about everything here.

Physicians we’re talking outside our room and had the nerve to call us, (myself and my girlfriend, the patient) “mentally retarded” & then they move us to a room where not a single visitor is allowed?? joke of a hospital 0 stars probably has rats

One word ::: HORRIBLE!!!! Literally writing this as we are leaving the hospital after sitting in the emergency room for over 4 hours!!! Waited 1 hour just to get triaged!! Finally after getting called to the room had us sitting there for literally 3 hours with no type of communication nothing at all. Every time we pressed the nurses button they would just let it ring ring ring . When my mom finally finally tells the nurse how long she was waiting she literally didn't say anything back like just hung up on her. Never ever coming back here rather watch some you tube videos and figure the sh!t out on my own !!!!! HHHHOOOOOORRRRRRRIIIIIIBBBBBBBLLLLLLLEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!

The staff are not friendly. The lobby is dirty and has a "sticky" feel. Security is ratchet. The discharge process is brutal. I had to eventually just walk out. Disgusting hospital and the most unfriendly nurses I've ever seen in my 44 years

Some staff were unfriendly, short staffed, response slow. While some were compassionate, friendly, and caring. There is a need for more compassionate, loyal to medical profession to care for those who need a loving, caring nurses, doctors, and others. Help those who need help while in pain. Few in masks, some doctors inconsiderate, . Please improve in all areas to make life a little better for all.

Fantastic Dr.Luke Rond, DO & his team are giving 110% for the care of the patients that come their way. They are simply the BEST!! Before I got inside the building I asked the security person in a truck if he was a guardian angel, Because he showed every step of the way to get the emergency entrance, so I could see my wife who was brought there in a ambulance. Then I witnessed & was impressed by the wonderful caring & so professionalism Of Dr. Luke Rond, and his SUPER fantastic Team!!🏆

DONT GO TO THIS HOSPITAL THEY JUST SUCK YOUR BLOOD AND THEY KEEP YOU IN THERE AGAINS YOUR WILL*****The er doctor 5 * but 4th floor it's a Madd house ..it's an autlaw hospital at 11:45 pm like they having a party I was in 07/24/2023 the little chinesse foot DC look at my foot 07/26/23 and she want to cut my toe ...and I said iam leaving and she beg me for like an hour not to go just like the nurses.she end up cutting but not my toe just to clean the area taftwr that they never put any antibiotics in my ib a new crew of nurses arrive Friday night I was about to tell the nurse a tall black guy and he yelled at me like I was in jail or something I told him I need my discharge paper I want to go home he got closed to my face and told me you are not going anywhere at the same time tho other nurses one white girl and the hother black girl and told me you are not leaving until tomorrow and I told the black dude stay away from me I feel he was going to hit me I told him I will call the police cus they keeping me against my will they steep away they didn't help me whit a weel chair no discharge papers no prescriptions I don't know if I have a case for a lawyer they keep me for and hour against my will in that room and I feel scared they do something to me

Worst hospital ever, hands down. Unless you're pulseless and non-breathing I would avoid this ER at all costs. They admitted they were providing less than decent care and blamed it on being short staffed. If you can't medically treat people appropriately, CLOSE YOUR DOORS. Also, they were out of crutches. Who runs out of crutches? It's a HOSPITAL. Gah. Seriously, just drive the extra 20 minutes to John Muir Mt. Diablo in Concord or even the county hospital in Martinez. Just don't go to Sutter Delta. .
