List of Sutter Urgent Care- Antioch's Reviews
1. Front desk at lobby can use a little smile and maybe a friendlier tone. 2. 2. Medical Assistant was excellent - warm, friendly, funny but very efficient. 3. MD was good 4. Nurse was good too.
Fairly pleasant staff that I encountered. Both the Xray tech and young RN were courteous & professional! I went in for back spasms and stingers from exercise weight lifting injury ~2 wks ago. I was required to submit urine sample first thing. I never encountered that before for an injury to my back.. Must be an Antioch thing🤷♂️ Visit was ultimately a waste of time and money. Was offered Motrin. I had to ask for xrays - which showed degeneration of thoracic area disk - getting old & wearing out 😑 Went to Davis urgent care the next evening and received steroid shot + 5 day steroid pill pack. Already improving 12 hours later😊 Btw, I was not asked for urine sample at Davis👍
So efficient from signing in, insurance and being seen in a quick manner. Nurses very friendly and helpful and through. I was impressed.
My nurse and doctor was great professionals, caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They took great care of me while diagnosing my concerns! Than you!
clean facility, no waiting, very kind and gentle people.....knowledgeable
Sutter UC Antioch was wonderful. From the PSR, MA, Dr. Jackson and RN. Dr. Jackson was kind and attentive, . She listened to my needs, developed a plan of care, that we both were comfortable with and took her time to make sure all my questions were answered. The RN that wrapped up my visit was kind, extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. It put me at ease knowing I had an RN in the office to ask my questions to, in addition to the provider. I would highly recommend this facility for all non-emergent needs.
They always (ALWAYS) take excellent care of my children! In person appointments (so appreciated nowadays) and the whole team makes us feel like we are their top priority when we are are being seen and they are caring for us. THANK YOU!
This is so annoying. I went to urgent care in Sutter urgent care and did the blood test and next day I got a call from them saying that I have to do another test and it is urgent, I can go to any Sutter urgent care and now I am here at Castro urgent care first they said that they don’t have any order and they can’t do anything. I had to leave early from work to do this and they are saying I have to go back to Antioch otherwise they have to start all over again. This is really frustrating and making me so mad because urgent care in Antioch said I can go to any Sutter they will see my profile and it will be so easy but I had to do all over again😡😡.
Received excellent care. Front desk, Medical assistant and doctor were all great.
It was a comfortable experience. I was seen right away and given the needed treatment in a timely manner.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
