Gerald Radlauer's Online Review Report Card

I admit I haven't seen my Dr. for almost a year because I haven't had any new issues. I do have an auto immune condition involving my lungs, and fibromyalgia. Overall, chronic pain and fatigue. I've called regarding appointments and my prescription refills several times, and every time I feel like I'm being talked to as if I'm a child. No friendliness, no kindness at all, like I'm being reprimanded. I say thank you for your help and all I get is silence. Today, I couldn't help myself I had to ask, "Are you having a bad day?" She flatly answers, "Because that is the next available appt." I'm like, "wait, what?" then she doesn't say anything...So sad that a Front medical staff can really make or break a Dr's practice.Because of my frustration, I mentioned I MIGHT look for another Dr. I say, "Thank you" again and then nothing, just silence again. I hung up.She calls back almost immediately, "Did you say you're going to get another Dr.?" I said, "No I will see Dr. Radlauer on May 26th at 2:15pm..." then I tell her, "you have no phone etiquette, no friendliness whatsoever and I don't want to and I will not talk with you."She flatly returns a "whatever" and hangs up.This has been one of the worst Dr. Office experiences I have had..they've been so rude, and unfriendly.

This Dr. ? Has been my provider for several year , but , not anymore, i refuse to continue under his laughable care, Gerald Radkauer does not care about patients well being or emergencies, just passes you off to another doctor, came from a med school in new York and doesn't do anything but refer, if that, I would not consider him a doctor and will not go into details but, I will not recommend this loser to anyone, he does not address issues or complaints, refuses to get to the bottom of health problems , tells you to go to the E.R. and ask patients to not ask for referrals just deal with it ,always tries to get me to submit to a well woman exam everytime office visit,even after I've had a hysterectomy, very creepy in my opinion, more of a weirdo than doctor

This is the worst so called professional office I've ever had the displeasure of being apart of. They literally hang up on patients as much as they can. I'm not sure if it's just the horrible staff and the doctor but they avoid having to deal with their patients as much as humanly possible

Unfortunately I cannot rate the Dr. Because of his incompetent staff I have not been able to see him on two separate occasions. The first occasion was taking my 94 year old mother to see him made an appointment weeks in advance and when we got there the staff informed us that she wasn't in their group. I understand how Insurance works but why couldn't they tell us that at the beginning. Two weeks later my mother suffered congestive heart failure and passed away a month later. Not blaming the doctor a year later I made an appointment for myself one month in advance. When I got to the office to see the doctor they informed me it was a phone consultation. Their staff never told me it was a phone consultation when I made the appointment 1 month in advance. If you read this Doctor Radlauer you need to make some serious changes in your office staff. They are not rude or unpleasant but unfortunately they are inept.

Dr Radlauer is a very good and thorough doctor. He will give you all the time you need. He is pleasant and his staff is very pleasant, as well. There might be a little bit of an organizational issue going on here and there with the office/paperwork part of things. But, it's nothing that would even come close to being a deal breaker.

I am very happy to be a patient of Dr Radlauer. He is interested in my health as well as very considerate. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Radlauer is everything I want in a doctor. He's professional, thorough and explains my issues in a way that I can understand. His personality is warm, sensitive and comforting. I feel I am in excellent hands. His staff is efficient and personable.

I've lived in a number of cities across the country, and seen a number of different Drs over a period of many years. Dr Radlauer is absolutely my favorite and the best I've ever had, both in terms of figuring out what's wrong and "fixing" it for you.

The Dr is amazing but the staff and especially the manager are trash! We have been calling for a month trying to find out results of x-rays. No one answers and they don't return messages. Even then manager is illiterate. Very rude and just talks over everyone but never takes time to listen to complaints, let alone resolve any issues. The staff used to be great about 4 years ago but now they're just completely incompetent. Disappointing to have such a great Dr but horrible office staff.
