Mike isn't a passive doctor. He takes the time to look up any information that may help with your condition, while you are there. Has never been uncaring or smug, and doesn't hesitate to point out if there is something you may be doing for your care that is wrong, and discuss the reasons why. I started having him as my primary because I use 3 specialist who all asked me to find an experienced Dr. that was willing to consider all my history objectively. Other than Dr. Bill Jacobson, who has since passed away, he was the only one that I found to be more concerned primary than any others I saw.

You cannot get anyone on the phone in this office - the staff seem truly annoyed when they have to help you or answer any questions.

Staff are rude!!! Really bad follow up on Rx refills. It takes them weeks to respond even when you call them every other day. Lack of understanding of what urgency means!! My husband missed 2 months of RX he needed to maintain since they did not bother to actually call the patient back!!

I never met dr. Talking with staff to get information and they having attitude. I ask a question and the (np ) nurse like have her the right to be rude and the girl went alone with her never will go here.

Dr Norman is one of the best doctors I have seen. He is the first to even mention my over weight and assist and Support me in losing weight. He has a great bed side manner. His staff is always friendly and helpful.
