My husband had a colonoscopy done with Dr. Menon last month.I was very worried , this was our first time doing this and I didn't know what to expect but Dr. Menon and his stuff made it very easy for us:a diet to follow, they explained it very well and of course the procedure two days after.I was waiting in the lobby and right after the procedure Dr. Menon called me on my cellphone to tell me that my husband did very well and he was ok, I really much appreciated his phone call.My husband feels very well and we want to thank Dr. MenonWe would recommend him to anyone who needs a colonoscopy, he is a very good doctor and very professional :)
Horrible, office constantly rings busy
I don’t recommend Dr. Menon. I went to him after my symptoms were starting to worsen and he only suggested I continue what I was doing and to take an additional pill of what he prescribed. The day after complaining I ended up in the hospital with a fever and had to get iron because I became anemic. Luckily I was able to find another Gastro doctor who was able to make me feel like myself again. I am only giving him 1 star because his employees are nice.
Dr Menon is very good at what he does. And hes the only Dr I trust when it comes to colonoscopys. His office staff are very nice and professional.I would highly recommend his office.
He is the only one I trust, I have never had problem with Dr. Menon, his staff has always treated me with respect. And he is a caring person. And he knows what he is doing!!
I’ve been going to this doctor since 2013 complaining about severe abdominal pains.... I have had two endoscopies and two colonoscopies and the told me I had ulterior Colitis . After several hospitals visits for the pain I requested a referral from my main doctor I begged them to give me a different gastroenterologist I was then sent to the gastro group where I was tested and was told I tested positive for HPylori and the new doctor pulled up my records and it showed on there that in 2018 during an endoscopy it showed I tested positive for HPylori during that procedure. He not only misdiagnosed me but was negligent about it. And treated me for the wrong issue.
I have read all the reviews and I did not see any dust and dirt some are complaining about. The staff was great. The doctor was good with me. Not really sure what someone expects from their doctor and bedside manners, but he did everything I expected
Just from a transportations perspective park in the back save your self the headache unless your going to one the doctors at the a or b suits.
staff freindly and only waited10 minutes. Office cleanand orderly. Dr. inital visit freindly andanswered all questions Great exoerience
Awful experience. The dr diagnosed my 19 yr old son with ulcerative colitis, but 5 months later said that he was doing well and didn’t need to be on any meds anymore - and 4 months later he ended up in the hospital with every inch of his colon inflamed and bleeding. Only then, from the hospital g.i. doctors and every other subsequent doctor he’s had since, we found out that it is critical for severe Crohns Disease and U.C. patients to be on some kind of maintenance med to stay in remission- a fact Dr. Menon never mentioned. He should’ve never taken him off all meds like that, and in doing so my son almost lost his colon.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
