My husband had a colonoscopy done with Dr. Menon last month.I was very worried , this was our first time doing this and I didn't know what to expect but Dr. Menon and his stuff made it very easy for us:a diet to follow, they explained it very well and of course the procedure two days after.I was waiting in the lobby and right after the procedure Dr. Menon called me on my cellphone to tell me that my husband did very well and he was ok, I really much appreciated his phone call.My husband feels very well and we want to thank Dr. MenonWe would recommend him to anyone who needs a colonoscopy, he is a very good doctor and very professional :)
Horrible, office constantly rings busy
I don’t recommend Dr. Menon. I went to him after my symptoms were starting to worsen and he only suggested I continue what I was doing and to take an additional pill of what he prescribed. The day after complaining I ended up in the hospital with a fever and had to get iron because I became anemic. Luckily I was able to find another Gastro doctor who was able to make me feel like myself again. I am only giving him 1 star because his employees are nice.
He is the only one I trust, I have never had problem with Dr. Menon, his staff has always treated me with respect. And he is a caring person. And he knows what he is doing!!
Dr Menon is very good at what he does. And hes the only Dr I trust when it comes to colonoscopys. His office staff are very nice and professional.I would highly recommend his office.
I’ve been going to this doctor since 2013 complaining about severe abdominal pains.... I have had two endoscopies and two colonoscopies and the told me I had ulterior Colitis . After several hospitals visits for the pain I requested a referral from my main doctor I begged them to give me a different gastroenterologist I was then sent to the gastro group where I was tested and was told I tested positive for HPylori and the new doctor pulled up my records and it showed on there that in 2018 during an endoscopy it showed I tested positive for HPylori during that procedure. He not only misdiagnosed me but was negligent about it. And treated me for the wrong issue.
Just from a transportations perspective park in the back save your self the headache unless your going to one the doctors at the a or b suits.
I have read all the reviews and I did not see any dust and dirt some are complaining about. The staff was great. The doctor was good with me. Not really sure what someone expects from their doctor and bedside manners, but he did everything I expected
staff freindly and only waited10 minutes. Office cleanand orderly. Dr. inital visit freindly andanswered all questions Great exoerience
Awful experience. The dr diagnosed my 19 yr old son with ulcerative colitis, but 5 months later said that he was doing well and didn’t need to be on any meds anymore - and 4 months later he ended up in the hospital with every inch of his colon inflamed and bleeding. Only then, from the hospital g.i. doctors and every other subsequent doctor he’s had since, we found out that it is critical for severe Crohns Disease and U.C. patients to be on some kind of maintenance med to stay in remission- a fact Dr. Menon never mentioned. He should’ve never taken him off all meds like that, and in doing so my son almost lost his colon.
Two visits a year apart. Real waste of my time.
The worse doctor ever I been
Really nice staff they made me feel great 👍🏽 the blonde girl in the front is really nice I was scared to do the endoscopy but she made me feel safe. Also the male nurse makes u feel relaxed and he’s super friendly. The doctor is really nice as well.
Call his office you get his exchange all day long. Tried for two days. When I did get through the referral woman was supposed to call me back that was more than two weeks ago. Time to find another doctor that wants to see patients. Apparently he's to busy for all his patients.
They never pick their phone. I shouldn't have to call them 20 times before they pick up. Giving them 1 star is being generous, but there's not a lower rating.
Answering services is on all day :( and the answering service instructions are not to contact doctor which in my opinion is a big "no no." I call several days b4 they finally answered their phones. But when the staff does answer the phone they are very nice. The staff in Ste. A & D are nice.Dr. Menon rushed thru the my initial visit and on my last office visit to get my results in Ste. A.The day of procedure (Ste. D), I was put under b4 I saw Dr. Menon and Dr. Menon left b4 I woke up.I gave Dr. Menon 3 stars because of he has a great staff. Otherwise I would have given 1 star.
It was good I have no complaints just n a little pain I had a colonoscopy did and it went well I will tell people to go to him he’s a great dr thanks. Kim
Horrible office staff, very unprofessional
I have been waiting since Dec to get an appt with this dr! I even got the ins co to get involved, they talked to the Dr himself, he said he would get his nurse to make the appt immediately, that was 3 weeks ago! He needs to fire his staff and get new people in there! His office is a joke! I will NOT let him touch me. He may be a good Dr i have no clue we did not get that far. IF YOU WANT TO STAY IN BUSSINESS AS A DOCTOR YOU NEED TO FIRE YOUR STAFF! Horrible experience!
Horrible doctor! no bedside manners, didn't even explain the procedure. the room was full of dust. Was in such a hurry. Felt so uncomfortable. Would never let a someone with this demeanor do any typer of procedure on me. Wish there was half a star.
