I went to Dr. Saied from a referral from my Kaiser Insurance. One of the first things he said to me was the Kaiser referral didn't come with anything more than a body scan. I had and would have been willing to pay out of pocket for anything beyond a body scan. His appearance was concerning - disheveled, dirty clothes and he nearly fell over at one point. The nurse and I both reached out to grab him as he regained his balance.

I’ve been prescribed a multitude of acne medication combinations over the last 10 years so coming here I had questions and concerns but when I voiced them he was extremely rude and short with me. I was trying to discuss my history and what he was prescribing me but insisted I was arguing with him and he wasn't willing to listen to my concerns. I needed help understanding and he was annoyed and slammed the door on his way out, spoke with me for about 3 minutes. Mostly talking down to me.

I went to Pacific Dermatology in Corona to see this Doctor for my skin problems. For a 3.30 appointment the Doctor finally saw me at 4.30 with no apology for the wait of course! Dr Saied is the most ARROGANT Doctor there can ever be in this Customer Service environment. He responded to my concerns with a dismissive attitude and referred me to the Cosmetic Center which is run by the same Pacific Dermatology. I was discharged in 7 minutes with no treatment being offered ...

I was discharged in 7 minutes with no treatment being offered ...Even after I stated that my PCP recommended an topical solution that can only be prescribed by a Dermatologist, he ignored my request. DO NOT GO to this Doctor, you will waste your time and copayment!!!
