Dr. Murthy is by far the best kept pediatrician secret in the high desert. She's taken care of all my children and now starting to care for my grandchildren. My children loved her and wanted to stay into their adulthood.

Was my boyfriends and also my pediatrician when we were kids. She’s a very “natural” doctor. Doesn’t prescribe antibiotics unless they are absolutely needed. She’d rather the kids fight it off naturally. She did it when I was little and when he was little, I’ve rarely taken Antibiotics as a child and so has he. Our daughter now comes to her ! She’s awesome and straight forward!

I was super nervous about changing doctors for my children since they've seen the same doctor since birth, but I have to say that this had to be the BEST experience I've ever had with a healthcare office. The front office was extremely helpful and the Dr herself was wonderful and attentive to my daughter. I'm definitely pleased with this office to say the very least.

I LOVE dr Murthy when my son was sick the nurse got on the line and told us to come in. I’d rather not have a long wait and her be quick with me. I thought her bedside manner was very professional and she struck up a great conversation with us. My husband saw her when he was little and now my son is seeing her. I’m sticking with her!

Always answers or returns my calls, which is extremely rare. Friendly. Wait time is very reasonable. Downside is Dr. Murthy only sees kids up to age 15. After they turn 16 you are dropped. Finding another Dr.'s office like hers is nearly impossible.

I wish that i could have had the same experience that the other 2 reviewers had. And wish I would have known that Dr. Murthy is a CONSERVATIVE doctor when it comes to meds! Her staff will tell you.I went in hopeful and open to seeing a her as new doctor.To start let me say that the STAFF is sweet & caring.Dr. Murthy was stale, cold and dismissive with me. With the kids she adressed them in a nicer way.My kids had been vomiting for some time due to food poisoning. She asked questions that didn't pertain with their current situation. As a parent you know what is going on with your kids. Being a med student and working in the field, I knew it was a bacteria my kids are dealing with.She did not prescribe anything and sent for the kids to go get poked. I left the office frustrated, sad & like a complete waste of my time.On a positive note scheduling was easy and grateful they took both my kids in the same day.But I didn't leave satisfied:(
