I rushed my immunosuppressive, vaccinated husband to ER, due to Covid, he was suffering from a lack of oxygen. ER staff kept checking his oxygen levels, they read normal, his lungs were clear, thankfully the ER Dr ordered, blood work, and chest xray. Under the care of Dr Chang and Denise, my husband received the monoclonal iv therapy due to his low oxygen levels in his blood from Covid.The staff listened, were attentive, and made my husband comfortable.Thank you

The little girl at front desk of urgent care was rude! She ripped the clip board out of my wifes hand because she didn't like the fact that we were not vaccinated. Later on she saw me in the waiting room and yelled at me in front of everyone telling me that I wasn't allowed to wait inside.

The worst so called help, these people are very unprofessional, from the management on down. Yea a waist of money. They sit around just to be rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO PLACE ESPECIALLY THE SPEECH AND O.T DEPARTMENT.And I’m return the sat around waisting the clock like they doing something. Looking at you to be the teacher. Get out of here we all know how to milk the clock. Fake work fake help

The best $28 dollars I ever spent.....After receiving treatment for a stroke back in May of '21, my wife was hounded and robo called for the next 6 months for a balance of $28 dollars!In November of '21, I finally broke down and paid the $28 dollars we owed Providence. Now that we paid, all of a sudden all the harassment from threatening letters of collection to daily robo calls ended.Thank You Providence....it waste best $28 dollars I ever spent!

Changing my review to one starReason is my son had COVID and almost died after the visit to this hospital!! They sent him home after arrival in ambulance with a a high fever. They then let him go home and 2 days later was in icu at children's hospital. Specialists Drs st children's all read his records from this hospital and said why did they release him his oxygen level was at ICU level. What do I know in not a Dr. My baby has long term lung problems now. And I'm sorry for all the people he infected while sitting there coughing on everyone for hours waiting in a chair In a crowded waiting area. Horrible service. I will drive 2 hours next time to save my loved ones. ALL HIGH DESSERT MEDICAL FIELDS NEED ATTENTION FROM THE GOVERNMENT?! SERIOUSLY!!!! ITS HORRIBLE LIVING HERE AND YOU NEED MEDICAL ATTENTION!! HORRIBLE BE ASHAMED IF YOU WORK IN THIS HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM!!!!

My Dad is in need of IVERMECTIN hE WAS TRANSPORTED by ambulance with covid TO St Mary's, ST MARY"S will not order IVECMECTIN for him even though we are begging !

The Nursing staff at St.Mary’s is amazing. I had an emergency surgery and they recognized my condition triaged, tests and diagnosis quickly. Surgery and back home in a few days. They took great care of me on the Surge-med floor and the ER. Thank you again so much!!!

Been 2 hours and still waiting on a breathing treatment. Chest hurts. Just want help. Nurses ignore me or get an attitude I can speak loudly because my chest hurts she they get irritated with me. I just want to be able to breath I have severe asthma came in with an asthma attack I'm in pain.

They had a five out of five rating , But apparently didn't want to keep that one . And the only reason why they got a one is because I had to give them that . The only thing that bothers me is that 90% or more of the employees here are really top notch and don't deserve a bad rating . But there is 2 or3 bad apples here who have changed my whole outlook on this place . Just keeping it real !!!! There is a saying that goes something like this "ITS SO SIMPLE TO TELL WHEN THEY ARE LIEING TO YOU.....(how's that , you may ask) THEY'RE LIPS ARE MOVING !!!" The saddest part is that it fits most of the nurses (on the wing where I. at anyway ) Tonight's shift anyway !!!!

Do not go here. They are only interested in what profit you will bring them. Godd forbid you tell them you're pro socialism and ain't paying anything out of pocket. Or that you avoid pharmaceuticals for pain and anxiety because they ruin your ability to function properly. And you're intelligent enough to consume cannabis instead. Besides pharmaceuticals repeatedly make some ass who's late for every appointment (if you're late to work everyday you get fired right?) money and are nothing but chemicals made in a lab.
