Dr. Vargas is an a great General Dr. I highly recommend her. She listens , never once has she made me feel if I'm lying she always sent me to a specialist on the issue that I'm having. Now just in less than a year I'm set up to take care of all my long history of issues. Finally, a Dr that actually took care of me

I wrote a review on Kamath Medical a while back and now I must at all cost change my rating to a O. Ram Kamath is very arrogant and very unprofessional as a Health Care Provider. My review was for Lloydette Brewah is is an excellent Provider that was affiliated with Ram Kamath. I would not recommend this facility for healthcare at all.

The worst Dr, is DR.  Kamath, seen him quite awhile ago, very rude, was with me for about 3 minutes ask me what I wanted, needed my prescriptions refills, than I said. My back was hurting and he said make another appt for that,  I have no time for you today.   At that time I was done. I can not believe he still has patients. Needs to retire, he doesn't care at all about his patients. I would of put a Big 0 if Could.

I moved to the desert and been going to this doctors office for a couple months now. Elvia is great with her patients. I had to be referred to a specialist because of my situation but I looked up the reviews on that specialist and the reviews were not good. I called the office to let them know I wanted a different referral and different doctor. I let a week and a half go by and I called in the morning to let them know I haven't got a new referral or call back. I waited until 3:00 and finally called my old doctor down the hill and went back to them they took really good care of us and always there when needed. And no it did not take a week and a half to get a call back.    I would rather drive an hour and a half away to my doctor and get great service when needed then drive five minutes away to the doctor office here in the desert. The referral girl assured me that that specialist was a good doctor but reviews from people that actually have been to the specialist don't lie. To many bad reviews to take a chance with my condition and my life. I started with my new doctor one and a half hours away. Me and my wife sighed the release forms for my doctor two days ago and my doctors office called me to let me know they haven't faxed over my records yet. I do have high white blood cells this could be a couple of different things and one of them is cancer. I have only been with this doctor for a couple of months and only a couple of thing they have to fax over. They could care less about my health issues it should only take five minutes to fax over my records. I called my insurance company to let them know what is going on with this doctors office. They did tell my new doctors office that I can come into there office and pick them up, I should not have to go into a doctors office where they are in no hurry to get patients help with possible cancer or bone marrow disease or what ever I have. My neighbor told me that this doctors office is great when I sighed up with this doctors office. I found out the other day from my neighbor that he wasn't happy with his doctor at Kamath Medical Group and the doctor told him he can find a new doctor if he didn't like how the doctor took care of him. He changed doctors too. I can't believe that insurance companies send people to these kind of doctors. If I would have looked up the reviews on this doctors office I never would have gone to them. This review is for Kamath Medical Group. Now I know why this doctors office only has a two star. My new doctor is a five star and when they called me to let me know they haven't got my records yet it was around six o'clock at night yes that is an hour after they are supposed to be closed. Now that's what a truly good office does. They have always gone out of their way for me and my wife. The only reason why I gave Kamath Medical Group a two star is because Elvia she was really good to my wife and I. Other wise it wouldn't even be a one star. Today is the 14th my wife called Kamath Medical Group this morning to see about getting my medical records they told her legally they have 10 days before they have to give us our medical records. Cool this is why I went to my previous doctor down the hill. This sucks not knowing if you have cancer for the past almost two months. April 15 the doctors office that I fired finally faxed over my medical records to my new doctors office. I got a letter in the mail from the grievance office saying they are looking into my case. Maybe that's why they faxed over my medical records. I had prostate cancer and prostate removal 10 years ago I did tell the doctors office and you would think they would not take there sweet time on this matter.
