I can’t put 0, no communication between staff, don’t expect to receive much information or go through any processes that your being told, they asked us for paperwork that they didn’t give us and then ask us where it’s at and then they told us to come back, we waited for hours to sit for 5min in the waiting room to fill out paperwork. Some wives get to wait with a guest while I was told to leave. Short staffing isn’t a excuse and there is no reason for this, if you can change to someone more professional please do. I was completely polite the entire time and we have been patient but I believe that these are valid reasons for complaining. And when we first addressed these concerns they apologized and stated it was due to understaffing. Which excuses some things but not unprofessionalism.

(THEY PUSH ALL PREGNANT WOMEN TO GET INDUCED AT 39 WEEKS) (MR.ARORA AND VVGMC HAVE A HIGH CEASERAN RATING)!!!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH AND FOLLOW YOUR INSTINCTS!!!I never give reviews, but if you are pregnant and looking for OBGYN I suggest searching for a better doctor to deliver your baby and to not go to victor valley hospital. As a first time mom I was very clueless and was told I was going to be induced at 39 weeks with no medical reason. I refused and put my foot down to go natural and was consistently bullied and pushed to get induced from doctor and nurses at VVGMC for the convenience of the doctor. I was told that if I didnt get induced my baby would be too big for me and would need a c section. My baby in the end was 5 lbs and i was still told by another doctor that if I didnt want to have a vaginal tear that I should've induced sooner... also the next day i had to come back to the ER because an other doctor didnt clean me fully and had a membrane sack hanging out of me. Honestly very sad and traumatic experience I had hoped the nurses would atleast defend my choices but nope. My case manager from my insurance was the only RN on my side defending me and confronting this clinic.

Dr. Melanie Arora was great but the MA’s/Receptionist are horrible and rude! Laura hung up on me when all I need is to be seen because I am having pain and complications with my cyst/mass that was found I did my ultrasound and blood work as asked and I explained that the ER told me to keep the OB i currently have because she already has my imaging and charts and instead of assisting me she placed me on hold for 30 mins and hung up the phone on me. I called back and another receptionist answered and she lied and said Melanie Arora has been out on leave when I just seen her a week ago so just go to the ER. They aren’t willing to help, all I need is to be scheduled for my surgery and they are not helpful at all and rude the other lady who answered wouldn’t give me her name either. It’s sad when people really need the health care and assistance and can’t even get it!

Absolutely the worst service around the area. At both offices. They have another office in Victorville. They over book and you wait more than an hour each time you visit. Its ridiculous.

IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF AND UNBORN CHILD PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone seemed fine (of other natural orgins) except me I feel completely racially discrimated against and was not able to even make a complaint!I would give absolutely NO stars if I could! This office discriminates against anyone they so choose, I personally am of African American decent! For asking questions about my health and trying to gain clarity of procedures here I was rudely calmly kicked out of their office by the doctor Vijay Aurora! After dealing with a very rude physician assistant and attempted to acknowledge it to the doctor, before I could even make a proper complaint he cordially made excuses and transfered me from the office! You can not come here and ask questions about YOUR OWN WELL BEING! YOU can NOT have regard for what they have done or not done! I am 24 weeks pregnant no prenatal vitamins and for 3 or 4 appointments have ONLY gotten the heart beat of the baby checked and my weight! Very unpleasant-and unprofessional! Money hungry with no actual regard for mines or my child's true well being! Would not recommend this unprofessional office to literally ANYONE who is pregnant because the unnecessary stress they placed upon me is very unreasonable! I still left this office with absolutely NO ANSWERS to any questions. I have been suffering from insomnia and missed 2 appointments but instead of being helped I was threatened with being transfered regardless! Instead of being helped to sleep I was threatened because these people want their money! I feel I know literally nothing after numerous appointments with this office and even after trying to express that it f just by wanting to know "what's going on", & and "what's next" frustrated the whole office it seems like! They can threatened you on transfered for missing appointments but u ALSO get Trans if you acknowledge to the office that your experience wasn't great Either u play along and pretend it was great even though nothing is happening or u will be treated bad and transfered! Without warning or fair notice.

Dr. Vijay is a wonderful doctor! The reason why I gave the office two stars is because if you come here you will be waiting at least 3-4 hours for your appointment. I came in because I found a lump in breast and it took almost 4 hours. All they did was order me test. They have to come up with a better system. Maybe you can check in on your phone and when there is only 5 people ahead you they will txt you to head over. Something anything is better than wasting half your day here just to get lab papers.

They need to update their hours or answer the phones I been calling since they opened & keep getting the voicemail saying they’re not open. Completely unprofessional

I want to start my review with, everyone's experience is theirs.I had the best experience, as a woman that thought something was wrong for over 5 years, and told by other doctors...its just your age, it happens and pushed off. I finally found the best doctor for me.After my first appointment with Dr. Vijay Aurora, and many tests to confirm what was actually the problem.I felt very comfortable, with the decision we made and with the results.I did have surgery and completely happy with the outcome. All the others that complain about the wait, that is because the staff takes time to listen and talk to you, so be patient, when it's your turn...ask questions take your time.As far as the after, pain and future.I can honestly say... I had little pain, only took pain meds in hospital, nothing after.11 weeks after surgery I am completely back to my crazy normal life...no restrictions, with dr approval of coarse. And it's a crazy life..the staff will tell you i am a crazy active lady.Thank you for making be whole again.
