Dr. Kenneth Andrews filled in for my doctor when I wasn't able to get an immediate appointment with my primary provider. I was pleasantly surprised by his expertise.It's rare I walk out of a doctor's office receiving precisely what I need.Dr. Andrews' professionalism, listening skills, knowledge set, and thorough approach-- along with his ability to perform diagnostic testing such as circumduction tests-- resulted in one of the most efficient and useful medical visits I've experienced. He did not leave any unanswered questions, explained how he'd follow up, and showed sincere compassion.

So disappointed with Dr. Andrews. I've given him the benefit of the doubt many times, but come to the conclusion that he really goes out of his way to NOT help you. Many instances of times when he could do something to make life easier for you, research something, make a phone call. But none of this happens. I rarely go to the doctor, but when you need to be seen, you need to be seen. He is clearly too overextended because you can't get an appointment for a month+, yet doesn't care when you leave a direct message that you very much need to be seen. His hubris is almost tangible. So excited to finally change doctors.

Dr. Andrews deserves more than 5 stars! He's a great listener and encourages his patients to take an active role in their own health. I never thought I'd look forward to going to the doctor, but he's genuinely interested in his patients and it's always a pleasure to see him. So glad I found him!

Doctor Andrews was my primary care physician for a short time and during that time thankfully I only required two visits. However he was a breath of fresh air as a doctor. He has excellent bedside manner and is attentive and absolutely takes as much time as you need of him to resolve the issues you are having. I also have an ongoing need for some pain management medication which he continued the prescription for but not until after he evaluated me for need. Overall an excellent choice for doctor.

He studies natural medicine so he has the best of both worlds. He's not going to give you medicine if what you need is zinc! He will get to the root of the problem instead of just try to medicate you! He is the best doctor I have ever had interaction with. I cannot highly recommend him enough!!
