Online Reviews Breakdown
List of Alex Huang's Reviews
Dr. Huang and his fellow operated on my left eye but broke my capsule. I woke up 2 hours later and was sent home. I had nothing but problems over the next 1.5 years and because the lens he put in my eye was not centered it wore away part of my iris. He did not tell me this was happening despite numerous inflammations and treatment with steroids. When I complained he said everything looked centered and good. I finally went to another doctor who showed me that the lens was at an angle and was rubbing against my iris. He did a complicated surgery to properly suture a new lens in place. I have a lot of glare due to the thin iris and my left eye will never be the same. I got the feeling he was just getting the numbers and did not want to be responsible for fixing the mistake he made.
I thought he was what an eye doctor should be. he is caring and smart. I trust his judgement and would not allow just any doctor to make 7 holes in my eye with a laser to correct my drainage issue! Dr Huang is top notch
He is friendly and communicates well. His thought process is very logical and intellectual. I wish the wait time was shorter though. I had to wait for 30 minutes in the waiting room and then another 25 minutes in the exam room before he walked in.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
