The process was very easy. Everyone was extremely efficient and professional and friendly. I felt like I could easily ask questions of the staff. They were attentive and my procedure was as pleasant as a colonoscopy could be.

I got a procedure in November they kept telling me we will send you all the money information before the procedure and they kept telling me how it is all covered by the insurance and how I will receive three different phone calls with the amount for each. I only got one and that was wrong. The biggest problem here is that Dr Mourani recommended Endoscopy right away without even asking me other questions it’s so obvious that that’s how they make all their money and get the patient to sign on right away. Scam. Do not go here much better doctors elsewhere.

Everything was excellent except for the horrible rash I got from whatever chemical was used to wash the gown. Probably a pretty aggressive cleaner to prevent Covid as I could smell a chemical when I opened up the gown.The rash went around my neck and my left thigh that I was rolled over onto for the colonoscopy.The itching went on for weeks and appears on my thigh like a chemical burn removing hair and the top layer of skin to this day weeks later.

Very impressed by their sanitation process and procedures from the moment I opened the door. The staff was super professional and and their whole operation was a fine oiled machine from start to finish. I dont think Ive ever felt more comfortable or been this happy having a colonoscopy.. They really were all so kind and super on point with their skill level. My nurse put the iv needle in so perfectly I didnt even feel it and I am a mega baby Thank you sweet sir bosses please give me praise or a raise I wish I remembered his name but Im sure its on my chart. Please thank him so much for being so gentle and kind. Also I highly recommend Dr. Pan hes very kind and willing to listen to his patients concerns and actually address the issue until he has figured out the proper way to resolve it. Thanks guys for making my colonoscopy endoscopy the most enjoyable possible. Xoxo Michelle
