I'm pretty shocked at the negative reviews for Dr. Angela Liao. She has been my, my husband, and my mom's primary doctor for a few years now and we have always had good experiences with her. She is very attentive and cares about her patients. I personally have had long talks with her in the past during appointments because I was crying and scared over my health concerns. She really took the time to help calm me down and understand what was really going on with my body (instead of the conclusions I was jumping to out of fear). She has always been caring, attentive, and supportive with me and with my family. I think the front staff is wonderful too. I've never had a bad experience with any of them.

I have been seeing Dr. Andrew Liao for the past few years as my PCP. He is an excellent and kind doctor who really takes his time with patients. He listens intently to all your concerns and is very caring. I highly recommend him. No complaints with front desk staffing as they have always been polite to me when I was there.

DR. ANGELA AND DR. ANDREW LIAO ARE GOOD DOCTORS... HOWEVER THE STAFF IS TERRIBLE... TAKES THEM FOREVER TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND THE MANAGER OF THE OFFICE IS TERRIBLE, RUDE AND INCOMPETENT DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE HELL SHE IS DOING.....ALSO IT IS HARD TO GET AN APPOINTMENT MAY IT BE IN OFFICE OR TELE HEALTH...

I am honestly shocked and tripping out over the bad reviews here about Dr. Angela Liao. She is very respectful and professional and gives you all the time you need. I have never felt rushed and she has never been rude as some of the reviews state. I am very happy and satisfied with Dr Angela, I guess I would have to be since I've been her patient for nearly 20 years!

Staff and manager are not helpful and rude . Heard bad reviews from friends about the doctor, Still hope to get checked in due to my severe leg pain. answer is go to see urgent care. Will definitely change this family doctor. Not recommend to anyone !

Would not recommend this office or doctor at all. Dr. Angela very sarcastic. And office manager is was rude as well. I wouldn’t recommend this office at all. Find a nicer more personable doctor office.

If you're looking for an empathetic, kind and patient physician, Dr. Angela IS NOT YOUR DOCTOR! Sadly, I can relate to the negative reviews focussing on rudeness, abruptness, demeaning and non-empathetic interactions. However, if you need referrals for specialists the office staff is efficient. They follow up with lab results and have been consistent in helping me in this area. As a mental health professional, it's very disappointing to recieve DISSATISFACTORY medical services.

I am 72 now ! Dr. Andrew Liao is the best among all the doctors I have seen . Not only his respectable medical expertise! but also his attitude of kindness . He is very patient and willing to listen . I highly recommend him!

Liao (I don't even want to call her a doctor) has bad bedside manner, was in a hurry, didn't really care about me as a patient, but was curious about my symptoms. She made a mistake on my blood/urine test order and never sent me several test orders promised even after two months. She and her staff only care about making petty money. They are horrible at communication, and it takes forever to get referrals, etc. I don't know how she calls her self "Family Doctor".
