I was pregnant last year, and I went there for the maternity check in the first two months, it was a really upset experience for me. They didn’t even do the urine culture for me every time, only check the weights and blood pressure, that’s all they checked for me. The most disgusting thing is after I received the report from my insurance, I just found out that they charged me three times for the maternity check, but I only went there twice, and my insurance said they make the claim about the postpartum care fee which is $3000, and I have to pay $1700, it’s really ridiculous, I don’t even delivery my baby yet. I asked them about this, the most funny thing is the front desk said they worried that the insurance have not paid the first two times check fee yet, so they charged one more time, that is so ridiculous. I am really glad that I left there and meet the op that I used right now. I’d like to give them no stars!

I was referral by my family doctor to make appointment with Dr Andrew Yeh office in Rowland Hts , I was so disappointed and shocked by the attitude of the receptionist or the girl answers the phone call , she was very rude and unhelpful , In fact , she even hanged off my call ! I feel very sorry for Dr Andrew, he had such worker working for him !! Maybe he don't really care that why she can still working there without any attitude improvement!! So disappointed I will definitely tell people who wants to see Dr Andrew!! They have very terrible reception or front desk!!

大家千万不要去这里。医生趾高气扬态度恶劣，电话里各种威胁，各种夸大你的病情，吓得病人只好乖乖听话，亲们，再次相劝，不要因为预约不到其他医生去这里，你会后悔的！前台接待也是粗鲁无理。还有就是乱不乱收费我不知道，收费是真贵，远离烂人烂事！你看完他需要一年的抑郁症来消化他。亲测 一颗心就多给了

From my first appointment to my post op appointment, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Yeh and his staff during my pregnancy. Appointments were quick and concise, and I love that I got to see baby at every check up because he did a scan every time. Dr. Yeh is very knowledgeable and answered all my first time mom questions with care. My baby was breech, so he had to perform a c-section. The surgery went so smoothly and the scar is barely noticeable -- and it's only been six weeks!

I wouldn't usually review but please heed my warning. The receptionist was extremely rude and did not help, I let her know what type of insurance I had. Then she asked for a group name but I told her did she mean my member ID? Group #? She said no and hung up saying get a letter of approval. I called again because my regular Dr. said it was already approved and ready. I asked please just help me understand since it's already approved. She said how am I supposed to know and then told me the exact date when I scheduled an appointment with my regular Dr. Which really confused me since if she didn't know it was approved then how would she know when my appointment date for my actual dr was? At that point I was frustrated and upset and told her I didn't want an appointment anymore. Tl;dr I was already approved for the gynecologist but receptionist refused to help me. I'm sure the Dr. is okay but please listen to the reviews and get a helpful receptionist or teach the receptionist how to help future clients.

Dr. Yeah and his staff are absolutely amazing! From the moment we contacted the office up to our last appointment we've been treated with such kindness and care. Would highly recommend any expecting mother to come here for their pregnancy care. Thank you again Dr Yeah and staff for all that you do!

Front office lady SHOULD GET FIRED . Whoever was in charge of scheduling appointments didn't even understood English, poor communication skills, I don't know why, she's still allowed to work there. She likes to hang up when you're on the phone with her. Worst obygyn experience and would never come back because of the scheduler! 0/10!

He may be very knowledgeable but he is not professional and polite at all. He is the meanest doctor I have ever met. The only reason I went to see him is that I cannot get appointments with other doctors. This is a terrible experience and nightmare. I got lessons from him, I will never ever to see him again. Please don't go for your health. He will make you feel sad and guilty.
