Dr. Angela L. is exactly how other reviewers described...rude, uncaring, and dismissive. Maybe being old is getting to her. I plan to switch doctors.

We love Dr. Angela Liao. We've been going to her for a long time now and she's always been really good to our family. I appreciate that she does not sugar-coat things for me, she'll tell me the hard truth for my own good. I do need it sometimes, especially with regards to my health. Another thing we really appreciate is that whenever we needed to see a specialist, she was always willing to write us a referral. We feel like she genuinely cares about our well-being.The problem I have is that it has been so difficult to reach a live person at the office lately. It's been a real problem making appointments when you can't speak to a live person. I'll leave a message and someone will get back to me a day later, but sometimes that doesn't work. At one point, I couldn't even leave a message because the voice message box was full.I had a tele-health appointment today. I got a message saying I need to pay before the appointment. So I called and left a message. They called me back, but I'm on the road. I called them back and I'm on hold for a long time. So we're playing phone tag the whole afternoon it seems. Finally it's time for my appointment and I log on. I was hoping that I could just take care of the payment during the consultation. I waited 17 plus minutes and even got on the chat to leave a message, but nothing. I called the office a few times and finally got through only to be on hold for 8 minutes. When I finally got a live person, I explained that I was waiting in the virtual waiting room and Dr. Liao didn't show up. She said that they tried calling me five times to get payment, since they couldn't reach me they thought I cancelled. Even when I told them that I left a message and tried calling, it didn't matter to them. I also aired out my grievances about how difficult it has been to reach someone at the office, but she just brushed that off like she didn't care. Now I have to wait another five weeks for my next appointment. Not good for my blood pressure!!

Dr. Liao has been my moms physician for over a decade now. He is very patient, listens attentively and is just a all around great Dr. I would not be able to manage my moms health without his guidance. Thank you for all your invaluable support! I'm very grateful.

I'm pretty shocked at the negative reviews for Dr. Angela Liao. She has been my, my husband, and my mom's primary doctor for a few years now and we have always had good experiences with her. She is very attentive and cares about her patients. I personally have had long talks with her in the past during appointments because I was crying and scared over my health concerns. She really took the time to help calm me down and understand what was really going on with my body (instead of the conclusions I was jumping to out of fear). She has always been caring, attentive, and supportive with me and with my family. I think the front staff is wonderful too. I've never had a bad experience with any of them.

It is SO hard to reach this office. They rarely picks up the phone. Tried calling over 6x today and left a message. No one picked up or called back. l'm changing doctor that's for sure.

I have been seeing Dr. Andrew Liao for the past few years as my PCP. He is an excellent and kind doctor who really takes his time with patients. He listens intently to all your concerns and is very caring. I highly recommend him. No complaints with front desk staffing as they have always been polite to me when I was there.

I've been seeing Dr. Andrew Liao for several years. The office is very professional and clean. It's very personalized care. He listens and tailors the exam to address my concerns. The times I have gone, the wait has been short. His staff normally calls with test results but Dr. Liao called me personally to discuss my recent abnormal test results. He also provided me with a list of doctors he recommends for additional care. I am also very happy with the new doctor on my care team.My parents will be transferring their care to this office soon based on recommendations by others and the positive experience I've had.

I am honestly shocked and tripping out over the bad reviews here about Dr. Angela Liao. She is very respectful and professional and gives you all the time you need. I have never felt rushed and she has never been rude as some of the reviews state. I am very happy and satisfied with Dr Angela, I guess I would have to be since I've been her patient for nearly 20 years!
