This doctor treated my grandma with an attitude and she kept interfering my sentences when I tried to explain my grandma's health conditions. She was so rude to my grandma to a point that my grandma wanted to leave her office in the middle of the consultation. She is megalomaniac and ruthless. Don't even waste your time to see this unprofessional and cruel doctor.

Worst doctor that I ever encountered. Bad attitude and terrible bed side manners. My grandma was so ill. The doctor kept us waiting for 1.5 hours while she was chit chatting with her friends. Very unprofessional not to mention her staffs were so rude and lazy. Had to call the office many times to fax my grandmas prescription to the pharmacy. I would never recommend this doc to any of my friends!

Dr Shu is a very nice doctor. She is friendly and caring. I accompanied my wife to her appointment with Dr Shu and I stayed with her throughout the entire time. The experience was very pleasant. Me and my wife were a bit concerned since there so many negative reviews on Yelp but my wife wants a female doctor that can speak Chinese, and Dr Shu seems like the only qualified candidate in my area. But our concerns were proven to be unnecessary as the experience with the front desk and with the doctor were all impeccable. I would recommend Dr Shu.

Michael Chu's team is very irresponsible ，phone call can't get through, email doesn't reply, they won't reply you everything, they should be closed permanently. Don't come here

This doctor was such a nightmare to my family. She gave my mom the wrong medication caused her some sever stomach problems. She didn't even apologized nor returned any of our phone calls.We had to seek for help from another doctor. You should avoid this doctor if you are looking for a professional caring doctor.

Worst doctor in the SGV. Treating patient like numbers not human. Terrible bedside manner, wrong diagnosis and very hard to communicate with. Stay away from this nightmare doctor.
